Good for shorter stays and good facilities
The location was good & quite. Even though the apartment was small, the facilities at the apartment was quite good.
The apartment is quite small, so it could work for shorter stays and maximum for 2 people. The sofa bed was bit uncomfortable and makes a lot of noise when moving. It also has some bed rods on the side which is quite unsafe and I got hurt couple of times so one has to very cautious moving around it. The response from the host could be faster and bit better.

Last minute decision to book holiday in Paris, it’s very good price and safe area. Next to Luxembourg garden and Church.

The location is in the centre of Paris, having most of the attractions in the waliking distance. Also all the public trasport stations are very close by and reachable in matter of minutes by foot, which allows you to explore Paris easily

Dear sir, hope you are okay. Bed room did not have any side table or lamp which caused extreme disturbance for other sleeper on sofa bed thus every time I needed something I had to switch on top light. I think bed should be opposite side of the wall. Thanks.

the location was perfect, facilities provided were also fantastic and very useful.
slightly noisy as in an apartment complex, but it’s fine once you get used to it.

Buena ubicación
Nos gustó la ubicación y la facilidad para acceder al piso tarde mediante códigos. Contactar con el dueño fue fácil también cuando hemos tenido algún problema. La cocina estaba bastante bien equipada con micro, kettle, y todo el menaje necesario.
Estaba algo dejado. La mesa se movía mucho, a una silla se le salía el respaldo, el wc tenía las tapas sueltas y se movía al sentarse, desconchones en paredes (ver fotos)… las ventanas daban todas a patios de luces enanos o a edificios muy cercanos, no puedes ver la calle desde ninguna. Al llegar faltaban toallas, las que había olían mal y no teníamos sábanas para el sofá cama. Por suerte la atención fue de 10 y al día siguiente lo teníamos todo.
