Small apartment in 6th - great location
The location was great in the 6th arrondissement. We walked everywhere and there were plenty of restaurants and supermarkets in the area. It's a small apartment typical of the older areas of Paris, but fine for 2 people. Note there is two flights of narrow stairs (no lift). The large bathroom is new and the shower was great. Comfy bed. Wifi was excellent.
We had some difficulty getting in. Once we realised the instructions related to AFTER we had entered from the street, it was sorted. The owner did assist to sort it out.
You would expect enough crockery as it advertises for 4 people, but there was only one bowl and one bread plate and 3 dinner plates supplied.
There is a hospital nearby and the number of sirens every day was incredible. However, maybe that is a Paris thing as we noticed when out walking that the police had their sirens on every time they went past.

Good
The location of the apartment is superb: only 30 min walk to main tourist attractions. The apartment was quite comfortable for 1 person, but I don't think it would be good even for 2 people, due to poorly stocked kitchen and the lack of dining table. The communication with the host was great. All the instructions on check in were mailed on advanced, so no need to be met in person.
Kitchen. Not enough utensils. Only one tiny pot. Only 1 large spoon, no bread/cutting knife, no bcutting board. I had to buy my own in IKEA. costs only 5 euro, so I think the lazy owner could afford one. Oh well, I left it in apartment, so that others didn't have to suffer. Bath towels were disgusting: with bleached stains of someone's hands. Bathroom could see a bit of re-painting. The shower stall starts to show mold.
The mattress is old and lumpy. And that "dining table" is barely enough for one person.

Borzalmasan koszos, inkorrekt az iroda
Keresnem kell a pozitívumot, de nem találom.
A Bookingon nincs feltüntetve, hogy ha 19 óra után érkezel, 50€ felárat kell fizetni, külön linket küldött, vmi Piere, hogy oda utaljak. A watsapp- ra és e- mailre is írtam, hogy ez így nem korrekt, legyenek szívesek megoldást találni,pl.miniszéf. A repülő este 8kor szállt le. A válasz egy segítőkész hölgytől érkezett, hogy bármikor érkezhetünk, kulcs a lábtörlő alatt.
Érkezéskor koszos apartman fogadott, az előző vendégek után nem takarítottak ki. A használt törölközők a fürdőszobában a földre dobva, ágyhuzat nem csak használt, de hajszállal és szőrszálakkal volt tele a matrac.
A szaniterek vízkövesek,koszosak. A konyhapulton a kávéfőző körül szintén.
Fotót készítettem mindenről, és bár nagyon későn érkeztünk, még éjszaka megírtam a kapcsolattartónak watsapp- on, szállasadó irodának másnap reggel, h.milyen állapot fogadott. Érkezésünkkor nem tudtunk fürdeni, popsitörlővel oldottuk meg a " felfrissülést"
Másnap, a hölgy, Emilie sűrű elnézést kért watsapp- on, hogy ez nem jellemző rájuk, már is rendezteti a dolgot, megadta a házvezető számát, hogy ha vmi még hiányozna, csak jelezzük felé. Szuper gondoltam.
Este a napi felfedező sétánk után , ért a döbbenet. Minden ugyanúgy volt. Se tiszta törölköző, se ágyhuzat.
Újabb chat sorozat, ekkor már írtam a takarítónak és az iroda is belépett a kommunikációba.
Ekkor lettem csak igazán frusztrált, mert az iroda képviselője szerint, valótlant állítok( a fotó, szerintem dokumentáció), az ő szolgáltatásukban ilyen még nem fordult elő és ha nem tetszik ahogy a lakás kinéz menjek el.
Felháborító! Írtam neki, hogy 2 éjszaka árát térítse vissza, az állapot miatt, mert a második este fürdés után a saját pólónkba kellett törölközni. Az ágyhuzat kérdés úgy lett megoldva részünkről, hogy a huzatot levettük a paplanról és azon aludtunk.
A takarító azt mondta.a lakással szemben a mosókonyhàban van tiszta ágyhuzat, intézzem.onnan a dolgot...tájékoztattam, h. A mosóheillység csak szennyezés volt tele.

Очень удобное месторасположение, это был наш первый приезд в Париж, все можно обойти пешком.
очень чисто, чистая постель, чистая посуда.
Предоставили полотенце, шампунь и гели для душа, предоставили собственную прачечную, удобно если едите с маленьким количеством вещей. Что бы сэкономить на еде мы даже готовили себе ужин и завтраки. Встретил нас парень и все показал и рассказал на Английском, вообщем мы в восторге, спасибо большое за комфорт и теплый прием в прекрасном городе.
