Flat is relatively new, spacious, with a good shower and blackout windows. Good location for local grocery shops, restaurants and transport, but directly behind a busy metro/ RER junction — which means it is too noisy to open the windows (but fine with them shut).
Poor communication with hosts and overall little attention to details. I told them about a burnt lamp but never got a reply; was given one toilet roll for the week; and had to buy all kitchenware like sponges and kitchen towel. Promised facilities, like luggage storage, were non-existent (though there is a place you can rent on the same road), and the cable TV was disconnected, with no explanation about how to reconnect it. The desk had a stool that was too high for it and the sofa bed in the living area is rather uncomfortable to sit on.
