The apartment was very nice, but I would note that the showers are right in the room and is not a separate bathroom. They are very small and the water pressure is not great. My only complaint is when the toilet paper ran out they would not replace it, and I was required to go out and buy it.

The flat was wonderful and close to all the beautiful sights in Paris. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A few problems, the water closet sink faucet handle didn’t work, the kitchen faucet worked but was not fastened properly, the comforters were clean but stained, and the window over the spiral staircase, when opened was a hazard to anyone climbing up the staircase.

We absolutely loved the apartment. The location was incredible in the historic city center. Many sites were walkable not to mention near, cafes, shopping and a couple of metro stations. Great communication with the owner, about getting in and recommendations. It is a 3rd floor walk up which we loved the views and space with 2 bedrooms, 2 showers and one toilet closet. We aware you need to buy a few essentials once there yourself. Which wasn’t a big deal. Love this place and would highly recommend it.

As in all things Paris, places are small with lots of steps. However to climb to the 3rd floor on a narrow winding staircase (especially with suitcases) can be very difficult. 68 steps each way!! I think a warning that people with mobility issues would not be able to handle this. No shelves or anything to put clothes on. Lived out of suitcases that we had to leave in the foyer. There were no directions on how to operate any appliance - especially the washer/dryer and the unit is very different. You Tube videos were not helpful. We were 4 people staying for 6 days with 1 dishcloth and 1 roll of toilet paper (we purchased more TP). However it was a Great location - safe and close proximity to lots of Paris attractions.
