Great place, hope to stay again when we go back to Paris

Location was really really good. Not a big property but had everything we needed in it. Comfortable.

Only thing to note was no toilet paper when we arrived, presume it was an oversight because otherwise the property was well stocked. Thankfully trivial to resolve. Stairs up were fine for us but would be a challenge for anyone with reduced fitness or mobility.

Loved it

Very spacious, bed was so comfortable and bathroom was clean. Amazing location for those who enjoy walking and lots of local restaurants just on your door step.

A few hairs in the bed which I wasn’t too bothered about after removing them however someone who’s more picky probably would have complained. The stair case was abit uneven but it’s all part of the Paris experience so again wasn’t too bothered by it. The lock on the door was very confusing as never seen anything like it however felt very safe

Lovely, cozy, amazing location, just a 1-2 min walk to Odeon metro. Clean & perfect for a couple

I had requested an early check-in, and although I was told beforehand that it wouldn't be possible, the apartment ended up being ready when we arrived. This saved us the hassle of finding a place to store our luggage and wandering around exhausted after such an early flight.

I understand this is a self-serviced apartment and not a hotel, but we stayed for six nights with only one set of towels; it would have been nice to have at least two pairs for such a long stay. On a positive note, when we requested more toilet paper, they accommodated that, which we really appreciated.

Great stay

Centrally located it was the perfect jump base for all kinds of activities (meetings, visiting institutions, private leasure, restaurants). Not loud at all. Very cosy! Amenities such as dish washer, iron, hair dryer are at the place.

When staying longer a change of towls would be great. An additional hanger for coats would be great. A swiffer or something similar for keeping the apartment clean.

Excellent location close to restaurants, bars etc. within easy reach of metro and a good base for walking around town

A little too basic. We stayed for five nights and were given one set of towels. The water in the shower was so hot it was almost impossible to use. The fuse on the hob had blown and it took two days for someone to come and investigate

Nice location but capable for development referring to equipment

The location off the apartment was perfect! Note Dame, Louvre, Jardin de Luxembourg are in walking distance. Next metro station Odeon just 5 min away. Surrounded be nice restaurants, Cafés and an ep!c store for groceries.

The apartment was not really good equipped for 2 people. Just one hanger, one towel hook. No space to dry 4 Towels and a foot mat. We used the chairs and the ventilator. I asked for a second hanger and hook but no reply. The kitchen is equipped but not for bigger meals. For 180€/night we expected a bit more. We had more the feeling to pay for the location as for the appartment. Oh and there is no information from the owner about the really small stairs. If I wouldn‘t have read the comments from former people who rented the apartment I wouldn’t have known.

If you can manage stairs this is a great location for Metro, RER and lots of bars and restaurants. Easy walking distanc

Location was excellent. Apt very clean and there was always very hot water for shower.

A full length mirror, and a couple of hooks behind door for coats and bags would have been useful. Would have liked two pillows.

Great location, pack lighter next time.

The location was perfect, ability to walk everywhere or catch a metro.

The stairwell, we arrived with large bags as we had been travelling for over 5 weeks and we were not ready for the spiral staircase.

Bad Communication and 3rd party deposit collection a bit strange

Location, rooms (except the shower mixer tap was never fixed and was only allowing scalding hot water. I resolved the issue by turning down the boiler tempersture)

Management contact very poor. We make it clear to them that my partner booked the first few days and me the final 3. We did this to get over the problem of only having a debit card for the first room deposit and not a credit card. It was only at 4pm on the final day of the 1st booking that l received a message to say we had to change room. We rushed back and found the cleaner had cleared the room and left our bags and clothes piled up in the corner. Also drink and food etc of ours had been taken. The new people were also in the room. Very poor communication from the management

Pleasant stay in Paris 6th District

Great experience! Perfect location in the heart of the 6th arrondissement, just round the corner from the Boulevard Saint-Germain and Métro Odéon. The studio itself is very comfortable and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities.

Just be aware of the very narrow rounded staircase (which might be complicated to handle especially for those travelling with large luggage and being accommodated in the upper floors). And also bear in mind the necessity to authorize a security deposit payment of 400 EUR.

The maintance is very poor.

The location

The maintenance of the property is very poor. The bathroom door couldn’t be closed, loosing at all privacy. The sink bathroom was liking if use it, so also unavailable. Even I wrote to the property the only fixed the door the last day and the sink never during our stay.

Great little apartment for 2

Very stylish, clean and pretty, great location. Lovely view. Close to the metro, great restaurants and cafes on the doorstep. Easy short walk to Notre Dame.

WiFi and tv didn’t work, neither did the rainfall shower. Not enough toilet paper or coffee pods. Stairs are a very steep climb, there needs to be warnings or safety for the open windows when climbing the stairs. We both banged our heads on them the first time climbing up.

Comfortable studio in a superb location.

Very comfortable studio in a brilliant location in the St Germain/Odeon area. Lively square with good restaurants on your doorstep! The bed was extremely comfortable and we also appreciated having a fan to use in the summer heat. Kitchen also well equipped with everything you need. We would definitely stay here again.

The only down side was the leaking shower - there seems to be a gap at the bottom of the door so it made the floor become very flooded after each shower.

Well equipped studios. The beds and bedding were comfortable. Couldn’t live without the fan during the heat wave, glad it was available. Great location.

We struggled a little bit with the radiator at the beginning of our stay, which was during a heat wave. But with the help of the property manager we were able to sort it out.

Great location the rest was very disappointing

Location

The apartment wasn’t ready until 19:30 (15:00 originally) Extremely poor to no wi-fi at all. Water temperature at the shower - unadjustable Unresponsive host- didn’t try to solve any of the problems

Great location,but the apartment it self was bad,no hot water,dirty and rude staff.

The location was great.

The staff was very unresponsive and rude when finally responded. There was a sign,that you should take 30 minutes breaks between showers,but there were no hot water,even for the first shower! The bathroom was really small, there was no where to put your things and there were no normal doors separating the bathroom and the living space. You could hear everything. Also, the rug in the living space was very dirty,not vacuumed in months. Also, you could not store your luggage. Overall, not a pleasant stay and would not recommend.

The narrow stairs with heavy luggage was a real challenge. The wifi was unreliable. We did complain about this but only got a response after we had checked out. Positives are a great location in Paris

Great apartment in a brilliant location

Superb location amongst the vibrant bars and restaurants in the odeon area … The location is very accessible from the metro and was a perfect base for a weekend getaway.

Just beside the Odeon station. Thus, it is very convenient and surrounded by many restaurants. Walking distance to the Cite Island.

On the fifth floor without elevator. It was fine for me, but people with knee problems need to give another thought.

Great location, nice room.

No elevator and the stairs are narrow and steep, circling around like in a dungeon. Going up and down with a big luggage is tough. It is not a deal breaker, I will definetely stay here again when in Paris, but for some it might be a problem.

position was great ! and it was modern!

no hooks for coats or towel rails for towels . it just needs a bit more space to put stuff down - hooks would be great Also no air conditioner - unless the heater was also a aircon on the wall and we didn’t realise ? we couldn’t figure out how to work it .

Nice studio in Central Paris

- The location is excellent! - The room is much bigger than the average in Paris. - The studio is very comfortable and quiet. - The flat is well equipped, and it has everything you need for a short stay.

Access to the flat was difficult, as we didn't receive the access instructions on time and then the digital panel on the door didn't work. Issue was addressed quickly. - Stairs are very steep and narrow, would not recommendate it for someone with mobility issues. The managing company should *properly* advise guests before their arrival. - Internet is very slow.

Difficulty in accessing room code (in French and not clear with out Wi-Fi) A late booking didn't help. Had to get help from a lovely girl in the shop below.

Location is excellent but property security is a joke

Location is great.

Not told about the 82 steps up a very narrow spiral staircase to get to the apartment and the drilling and hammering from workmen in the two apartments below…9a.m. till 5p.m. The entry code for the apartment was so simplistic that I could have entered any of the other apartments by simply changing one digit. We blocked the door at night and hoped for the best.
