Location is brilliant, 1min walk from Metro and bars and restaurants nearby. Good size apartment with comfy bed and good shower, little kitchenette was useful too.

We immediately felt at home in this beautiful part of Paris. The location on Rue de Condé is excellent.
Just a short walk from the lively heart of Saint-Germain and around the corner from Odéon metro station.
The studio has a comfortable bed, a nice shower, and a practical kitchenette with a fridge and microwave.
Communication with the hosts was also very friendly and smooth. A lovely little pied-à-terre in a fantastic neighborhood.
There is no parking space and no luggage storage, so it is best to park your car in a reserved parking garage and continue by public transport or taxi. If you need luggage storage, there are several options nearby, but it is best to look them up online in advance.

Location was great, well equipped, lovely big windows, great hairdryer!
The door lock was very complicated and seemed to have a mind of its' own! We had to search up on the internet how to work it, and then it was mostly OK.

The location
The maintenance of the property is very poor. The bathroom door couldn’t be closed, loosing at all privacy. The sink bathroom was liking if use it, so also unavailable.
Even I wrote to the property the only fixed the door the last day and the sink never during our stay.
