Ideal spot for a family to visit Paris!

Fantastic location, easy to walk to sites, restaurants, and local shops. We were able to walk from the Gare du Nord train station to the flat, about an 30 minute walk. The Louvre was about an 10 minute walk from the flat. Overall, very quiet at night. The space was perfect for our family - mum, dad, grandma, and 3 young children. The living room space with kitchen and dining table were perfect for traveling with children. We tried the recommended restaurant that is right next door and it was fantastic. There’s also several gluten free places located nearby!

Spacious, comfortable, clean and complete with everything we need. Very near the Louvre and walking distance to most attractions and museums.

In the center of Paris! You can go anywhere you want by walking or metro. Restaurants are around the area. Very lively place.

Cosy & comfortable stay. Perfect location for drinks and shops.

The rooms were clean and had space for clothes. The bathrooms were clean. Amenities in kitchen were fab. Plenty of cups and plates to use. Tv was big enough for all to watch. Very comfortable and cosy beds.

Excellent stay with family close to attractions

Excellent location close to shops and attractions. There are restaurants, bakeries, shops nearby, so it was very easy to find places to eat or food to bring back to the apartment. The layout was perfect for a family of 6 and the apartment is well equipped. Since we had some rainy weather, having a nice living room space to come back to instead of individual hotel rooms made a lot of sense. The apartment was also quiet. The communication was excellent with the owner and we even got an early check-in which was very much appreciated. Excellent value.

Great place, great location

The location of the apartment is just more than perfect, 3 minutes walk to Louvre, 6 to Les Halles, right on the corner of Rue Rivoli, 2 minutes to metro and bus stations and surrounded by cafes and restaurants. The suite fitted our group of six and it ticked all criteria we were looking for: large enough for the group, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a cosy and comfortable living to spend the time indoors together and a fully equipped kitchenette for those afternoons when we wanted to have a tea before going out for the evening. The building seems to be an old office/workshops building, partly present on the ground and first floor, nowadays turned into housing/renting spaces. It has a very cosy appearance and a very ingenious lift. There are three charming cafes right at the main entrance, and many more around the place, although Rue Jean Jacques Rousseau is quiet and not crowded. A supermarket is also at some 3 minutes walk. We absolutely loved the location, the staff, who were all smiles and very welcoming. We will definitely book again Edgar Suites for our next trip in Paris.

The apartment may be a bit noisy, due to its wooden floors and the fact that there are commercial areas on the ground floor. Usually, early in the morning there is some rumble with dumpsters being taken out, or people carrying suitcases and other stuff. These were not issues for us, but someone who’s more sensitive should probably take this into consideration.

Good option for family group that provides a great location

location is great…close to many most visited places, lots of restaurants and cafes nearby, grocery store around the corner. TV offered multiple channels

there is no air conditioning, which is sort of normal for Paris and Europe, but the layout of the rooms and the location of the windows did little to provide much circulation. it was unusually hot though. it would be nice to have more lighting options in the living room…it’s sort of either dark or bright as the sun.

Lovely stay overall and met our needs for a comfortable stay.

Location was really good. Close to shops, restaurants and metro in a trendy area. Toilets were clean and soap was provided in a big refillable bottle (more sustainable).

A slightly bigger dining area or seating area with more seats would be nice for a bigger group. The floor along the corridor creaks when we walk but not an issue for us.

Very comfortable apartment in a very central location.

The apartment is very close to many sights, many useful bus lines, and a main Metro/RER station. The apartment is spacious and easy for those with mobility problems in that there is an elevator (although not wheelchair accessible). It faces a courtyard, so it is very quiet at night. Many cafés/bistros/brasseries/restaurants just outside the building door and within a couple of short blocks. Plenty of nearby shops for supplies.

A sauté pan in the kitchen would have been useful, but was not essential for us.

Het was een goed verblijf op een top locatie van de Louvre.

De host was heel erg vriendelijk en we mochten eerder inchecken. Daarnaast ligt de plek op een top locatie.

In de badkamer was de ketel/boiler constant aan het druppelen. Dat was storend, want wanneer we probeerden te slapen, hoorden we voortdurend het druppelgeluid uit de badkamer.

Super Lage!

Super Lage! In wenigen Minuten beim Louvre, Seine, Bahnhof (nach Disneyland), Metro, Bus. Vor der Haustür einige Cafés und Restaurants, super Gegend. Die Wohnung ist eine feine Altbauwohnung. Die Fenster sind zum Innenhof. Der Gastgeber war sehr engagiert und freundlich.

Toplocatie, maar breng je oordopjes mee

Locatie was top!

Extreem dunne muren en heel geluidsgevoelig. Zeker de kamer aan de trappenhal. Er is heel veel passage ‘s nachts van mensen in het gebouw en je hoort werkelijk alles. Appartement geschikt voor 5 personen. Meer is moeilijk gezien slaapbank en kleine dubbelbed.

全体的に良かったです日本と比べなければ、十分な内容だと思います家族5人だと、ホテルより便利だし、キッチンや、ランドリーがなにより良かったです管理人さんも良い人で、こちらがメールに気が付かず連絡が遅くなってしまっても、直ぐに対応してもらえて、感謝してますパリの一般（？）のアパルトマンでの宿泊は、いい体験になりました

何処でもあるみたいですが、鍵が開けづらい点ですね最初にきちんとレクチャーを受ければ良かったです
