At first glance looks good until you start using the facilities, no clean feel.

Great location, central to many of the local attractions. Close to the euro star station which was helpful. The luggage storage was a great convenience especially as we had children.

The flat was not clean, the sheets were dirty, the beds were very uncomfortable and noticeably old. The mattresses were lumpy. ALL the bathrooms had a terrible odor. Toilets were filthy, scum marks, just nasty. Shower heads had alot of limescale build up and very scrusty. Little bits of toilet paper no full rolls, and we were a family of 9 persons. No soap for the shower was provided. No handwash. Towels were not clean, smelt old and damp.

Disappointed as we booked well in advance the apartment under delivered.

Location was very central

Drains blocked and smelly. Some beds broken. Tables broken. Noisy at night. Apartment sleeps 10 but only enough hot water for 2 showers.

It was so easy but like a puzzle game for a first timer.

Buena ubicación, pero tiene que mejor en varios aspectos

La ubicación, muy céntrico y sobretodo cómodo por cercanía a boca de metro y comercios

La falta de limpieza, uno de los huéspedes fue picado por una pulga, la calefacción no funcionaba, en el salón no funcionan y en una de las habitaciones además de que los enchufes del salón no funcionaban

Una molt bona ubicació. Apartament gran i confortable.

Neteja millorable. Faltaven coberts i tenien un endolls de la cuina que no funcionaven. (Després de contactar per WhatsApp, van solucionar-ho al dia següent) Es podria posar un ascensor a l'edifici.

As camas são ruim, nao tem ar condicionado ou ventilador, muito calor. Cozinha muito suja Um vestidos de quarto nao funcionou, pia do banheiro entupido, gv do quarto nao ligou, nao condiz com o anúncio.

Perfect appartement (aanrader) als je er niet teveel verblijft!

De ruimte in het appartement was prima en de locatie echt perfect. Zeer dichtbij de metro en in een leuke wijk met veel restaurants en terrasjes.

De badkamers waren slecht afgewerkt, het appartement was niet schoon ( lange haren overal) en het meubilair was kapot en beschadigd. De eettafel viel uit elkaar als je die aanraakte en dat had de schoonmaakploeg echt tevoren kunnen zien. De televisie is te ingewikkeld om aan te zetten. Let op: vier trappen op zonder lift.

Bien situé, belle surface mais mobilier endommagé

Le logement est sympa, spacieux Il y a 4 chambres Une zone de détente Le quartier est calme même si on entendait beaucoup de le métro La literie esle logement était propre.

Le mail avec les codes est arrivé très tard. Pour des étrangers ne disposant pas forcément de 4g sur place, c'est compliqué comme système Dans le logement de nombreux éléments sont endommagés et s'est très désagréable surtout quand on vous demande une telle somme en caution. Nous étions inquiets de nous retrouver avec des éléments facturés dont nous n'étions pas responsables vu qu'il y avait un état des lieux Aucune des douches n'avait pas un élément endommagé: manquait une porte dans une, dans une autre, il manquait la proi, les portes douches étaient cassés,... sans compter les odeurs La table de la cuisine avait un pied cassé Il y avait des coups dans tout le mobilier. Pour le prix de location, l'état du mobilier est honteux Sur l'annonce, il décrivait également une chambre avec deux lits doubles. Or c'est inexacte. C'est ennuyant pour faire des compositions de chambre quand on voyage en famille

emplacement dans Paris qui compense les points négatifs ci-dessous, nombre de wc et sdb cohérent avec le nombre d'occupants. serviabilité des personnes à contacter

l'appartement "vieilli mal" niveau de propreté à revoir : il a fallu tout re laver... pas assez de couverts pour faire manger tout le monde en même temps manque un lave vaisselle la table de repas est à changer, elle n'est pas utilisable, elle manque de s'écrouler... il manque une porte sur l'une des douches..

La posizione, in ottima zona. La dimensione dell’appartamento.

4º piano senza ascensore (ma lo sapevamo) codice chiavi sbagliato, e host non presente e poco collaborativo al telefono. 1 dei bagni sporco e puzzolente, docce in cattivo stato. Tavolo da pranzo inutilizzabile e pericolante. Alcune cose già rotte, tutto fotografato inizialmente per evitare addebiti. Un po’ sporco

Experiência muito boa! Localização perfeita. Me hospedaria novamente.

Apartamento perfeito para uma família grande. Utensílios ótimos como geladeira, fogão, pratos etc. Bom wifi. Experiência de viver como um habitante local. Localização excelente. Eu me hospedaria lá novamente.

A mesa da sala não estava muito firme. Alguns quartos são um pouco pequenos, mas suficientes. Não há elevador e apartamento fica no 4o andar. Os pisos são um pouco barulhentos. Só há uma única chave. No último dia faltou água quente no chuveiro no último banho.

La posizione. La fermata Richieleu-Drout praticamente sotto il palazzo dove si trova l'appartamento.

Camere e bagni piccoli. Arredo non integro (appena arrivati abbiamo inviato diverse foto per segnalare le cose già danneggiate ed evitare addebiti). Impossibilità di avere almeno 2 chiavi dell'appartamento.
