The location is fantastic! Very close to everywhere..

I think all of the hangers are need to be cleaned. There are plenty of hangers, but many of them feel quite dirty. They even feel sticky when you touch them.. We stayed for five nights. In each bathroom, apart from the roll already on the holder, there was only one spare roll of toilet paper. There was also only one spare trash bag. I feel that these basic supplies are far from sufficient for a five-night stay. Also, during the hot weather in Paris, it would be helpful to have a fan available, as the portable air conditioner didn’t seem to cool the room very effectively.

Great location.

Lacking cups and glasses for the number of people the apartment holds. The dining room table chairs were too high to sit on so didn’t use the table and chairs.

What I liked about the stay in Paris ​The helpful communication from Urban Flats in Paris prior to arrival, featuring detailed instructions on transit and access. ​Responsive on-the-ground support that answered the phone late in the evening when an issue arose. ​Apartment 107 itself once occupied: it was lovely, spacious, well-conditioned, and met expectations for the remainder of the trip.

What I did not like about the stay ​Arriving on 1 August to find another family mistakenly occupying our pre-booked apartment due to an internal reservations error. ​Being forced to spend our first night in a substitute apartment that was too small, featured a hole in the ceiling, and had a mouse present. ​The air conditioning units in Apartment 107 failing to work once we finally moved in on the second day. ​The letting company's poor customer service and refusal to engage regarding their mistake, the severe inconvenience caused, and the provision of an inferior room for a quarter of our stay.
