Dishonest host and the dusty and unsanitary room

Location

•The smell of dust was so strong that I couldn't help but open the window. Most of the furniture, the floor and carpet were covered in dust. On the third day, the host Cyrille finally came with a mop to sweep the floor and take away the dusty carpet. He or his staff then failed to come to clean the apartment at the appointed time several times before his visit at this time. So I had to clean up the apartment and the kitchen wears by myself except the floors. •It took three days from the day of arrival to finally get all amenities. ◎He made the excuse that he had checked in early and was therefore unable to check the condition of the room, but this is no excuse as the early check-in request was a legitimate one made through Booking.com. ◎The dust looked like it had probably been there for months. ⭐︎ He slanders me in his response,but I booked at the single person rate and Booking.com has that to prove it. I didn't have any problems.

Great value for money! Highly recommended

The location is amazing! Right next to a metro station, and to the RER E station from the airport, with plenty of places to eat and shop nearby, and also the Paris Opera House within 7 minutes of walking.The building complex has a guard. The apartment is suitable for 5-6 people, spacious and convenient.It had all the necessary equipment to cook or eat in. Suitable for even more than a short stay.It was clean and welcoming. Cyrille was a great host, available, hospitable and very helpful, with good communication via WhatsApp.

The bunk beds are right beside the bathroom and toilets, which made us worry about noise at night that may wake up the kids, but it turned out to be alright. We were missing some forks and spoons.

Despite my arrival being delayed due to a train delay, the staff kindly waited for me the whole time, so the key handover went smoothly. Since I was with my family, it was a great help.

Good location close to lots of public transport options. The apartment was quiet despite being in a busy street. The living and dining area were spacious.

The sofa bed was not comfortable for an adult.

Very nice apartment. Well equiped. Close to everything. Metro line right outside the door. Safe nieghborhood. Great value for Paris

It was a HORRIBLE place to stay.

Please stay away from this place. It was HORRIBLE. I felt like I was cheated and ripped off by both Booking.com and the owner of the property. The place was dirty, unsafe, and disgusting. The photos attached were just some of them. I wish I could add more photos so that you can understand how this place spoiled my holiday. The owner was careless as he just wanted to make the money out of the victims. This place was a nightmare for 400€/night. The maximum charge for this place could be only 150-200€, not 400€. I would definitely ask for a full refund from booking.com.

Very convenient location with all the basic amenities needed to make for a comfortable experience!

The host was helpful and responsive, and let us check in early since we arrived on a very early flight to Paris.

Some of the closets had some dust on the shelves, like they hadn't been wiped down, and when showering, the water would sometimes pool up on the outside of the tub.

Great apartment very clean,big, comfortable in good location close to Gallerie Lafayette. Near the apartmemt many stores, restaurants,bus and metro. The host was very kind and available. On our last day he confirmed late check out and we left the apartment very late before our fliggt I definitely recommend.

stay two nights with my 5-people family: great host, clean apartment, treat location.

Friendly host, clean apartment, enough space for our 5-people family, quiet at night, comfortable beds, received great information from our host for touring Paris and for was is available nearby, great location (near various metro and bus lines), mostly: the host was able to check-us in early than expected, which allowed as to visit to sites on our first day.

There was some noise during one night that seemed to come from some machine, but couldn't figured out what it was. Must have been a one-off issue, as the first night all was great.

Convenient location, like the neighborhood, apartment has potential

The manager was very helpful and accommodating and we are very grateful. We were stranded by TripAdvisor, so we were so relieved to find a place to stay and have access to the apartment early.

The apartment needs some maintenance. Bathroom tiles and part of the kitchen counter were held in place with tape, there were burnt out lightbulbs and the oven pulled out of the wall when I opened the door.

Great location, great space with all amenities you need for a short stay

The apartment was seconds from the MTR station - super convenient - and both grocery and clothes shopping just down the street. It had everything you need - dishwasher, tv, coffee machine, washing machine, dryer, and even a balcony. One amazing feature was the rolling blackout shutters, which we didn't discover until day 2. Perfect for the kids who were sleeping in the livingroom on the sofabed. The person who let us in and showed us around was really lovely and helpful. There was A/C as well, which we all appreciated in the summer heat.

While the apartment we stayed in made great use of the space by placing a bunkbed in a hall leading to the main bedroom, this meant that the bunks had no privacy. The hall was super hot as well as they were just outside the loos. The kitchen sinks was always backed up - I think someone came to help us with that but it was never fully resolved. Wasn't a huge deal though.

The location of the apartment was perfect. Very short walking distance to the metro station. Easy access to Gare Du Nord from the Metro.

Nice and cosy central Paris stay

The apartment is very central, but in a quiet area with most rooms having windows on an internal garden, so sleeping was a pleasure. The apartment is simple, but equipped to allow you to have a nice stay. The manager Cyril has been efficient, but also very flexible, allowing us for a late checkout.

A few lamps were missing bulbs and ventilation in the small toilet was not great - the fans in both toilets and the kitchen could use a proper clean

lovely owner that really help us through early checking in and other information, good and clean room with enough space perfectly for 3 people. location is perfect, in the middle of all tourist attractions, very close to the shopping area, easy to walk around to designs area, and the gallerie lafayet is just 3 minutes walking making it perfect for shopping and drop those stuffs in the room before going to explore the beautiful Paris. highly recommended !!!
