Great location apartment.

The location is great, many famous places in walking distance. Apartment was big enough for five people. Was quite in the apartment. The apartment staff were friendly and were easy to reach on what’s up.

The apartment and furniture is old. The bedroom beds are very squeaky. During the sleep can wake up if another in bad move.

Location is absolutely fantastic. 2 mins walk from supermarket. 2/3 mins walk from 2 different metro station. 5 mins walk from Gare Saint Lazare. <10mins walk to hop-on-hop-off bus stop (opera) and Roissy bus to CDG airport. The apartment itself was brilliant - - really clean - really warm - well stocked with towels / shower gel / toilet roll / dishwasher tablets / washing up liquid / pates & bowls etc - super WiFi - bed in main bedroom was comfy

The sofa bed was squeaky and not the most comfortable for 2 people, but there was another pull out mattress that we missed 🙈

Spacious and well located apartment.

It is a spacious one bedroom apartment, in a lovely area on a pedestrian street, just steps from cafes and restaurants and even a supermarket. Around the corner metro, train bus stations with fast conections to all points of interest. The elevator is a plus, quiet neighbors, washer and dryer, nespreso machine, dishwasher, kitchen with all you may need. Staied in December and was warm and cosy.

No place to store luggage, I got the impression that they have a storage room but no, and you are advise to a closed by storage bussines. Was ok

We can cook in the property actually it was not clean as I’m expecting key is not in the box that what they told,but they transferred us in another room for that day that we arrived then on the next day we’re trasfer back to the original room that we booked

Fabulous location in a beautiful part of Paris.

Fabulous location in a beautiful area. Plenty of restaurants, shops within walking distance. Close to the Metro. Rocco was very easy to deal with and met us on arrival. We had a beautiful apartment with a balcony. Convenient location for getting around to see the Paris attractions. Some are within a 20-30 minute walking distance which also allows you to explore the city too and check out the lovely shops, cafes and restaurants. Or you can jump on the Metro either. Highly recommend this and if we return to Paris would love to stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at Rocco’s apartment! From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly hospitable and helpful, especially with the check-in process, which was smooth and easy thanks to him. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The apartment itself was fantastic — clean, cozy, and perfectly located. Everything we wanted to see and do was within easy reach. It truly felt like a home away from home. We can recommend this place. If you're planning a trip, definitely stay here — and if you’re lucky enough to have Rocco as your host, you’re in great hands!

Our stay was comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable—overall, a great experience in Paris!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Paris! The entrance was very convenient and felt very safe, plus there was an elevator, which was a big plus for us. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful—any small issues were resolved immediately. After check-out, we were able to leave our luggage for a while, which was also very convenient. The apartment is in a great, safe location—not on a busy street, so it was nice and quiet. There are plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby, and both Galeries Lafayette and the Opera are within walking distance. The metro and RER stations were also very close, which made traveling around the city very easy. Another big plus is that the apartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay: a washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker were all provided. I also really appreciated that the cooling in each room could be easily adjusted—this made the stay even more comfortable for everyone. We would happily stay here again!

The only negative was the iron, which had a black residue on it that stained my clothes—including my favorite t-shirt. This was not due to incorrect use, but because the iron itself was not clean.

Pleasant Stay

The room was a good size for 4 adults. Close to many metro stations and shops. Many restaurants nearby.

One of the air-conditioner's wasn't working in the main part of the room. Not good when travelling in a European summer with temperatures in mid to high 30's. Lift not working and being on the 4th floor taking up suitcases was a struggle.

Overall, it was a good experience staying in this apartment. Highly recommended.

Location is very good. Convenient. Close to a supermarket. Train station and metro are just a close walking distance away. There are many eateries around the corner too. Full kitchen facilities are provided although we didn't cook. Good for those who cook. Multiple entrance locks made me feel safe. But on one of the nights, a neighbor left the upstirs door unlocked and it made me worried. The host is very helpful.

A taxi pre-arranged by Booking was suppose to pick us up from the airport and send us to the apartment. But it was cancelled last minute upon our arrival without any prior notice. We had to pay for airport taxi to get to the apartment at the end. It was super disappointed! Booking should refund us the taxi fair.

Charming flat near the train station

This property is conveniently located a short walk from the train station and metro line. There are many cafes / restaurants nearby and a block over many shops. The property was easy to find and easy to catch the metro or busses to sites within the city. Overall the property was clean and the host contacted us a day prior to arrival ensuring we had the necessary codes to access the property. I would highly recommend this property to anyone staying in Paris as I felt it was a good value.

Very nice apartment in the Haussmann–Saint-Lazare district

Wonderful apartment in a lovely area of Paris. The RER is just steps from the apartment and Gare Saint Lazaire is just a short walk away. Excellent communication with the owner during check in and check out. This was our first time in this part of Paris and if we go back we would stay in the same place.

I’d recommend the smallest apt for 2 people for security, location, staff, & elevator

The location, an elevator, washer/dryer, a balcony, adequate kitchen, satellite tv , security. Two folding tables for 10 euros would be great for the couch. We used a chair with a cutting board to put drinks down. Excellent towels! Grocery store very close.

No place near bed for phone, eyeglasses, etc. Since space is tight they could add a shelf above the headboard and use extension cords for power.

Perfect apartment on perfect location.

Washer - drier and complete amenities as mentioned really helped. The heater is not working but since it was not too cold, no big deal for us.one bedroom facing east, and can see the roof of Opera Garnier.

The location was perfect, very easily accessed and close to the sights. The apartment was behind at least 4 locked doors, so it was super safe and quiet at night. The manager Rocco was very helpful and kind.

There was building works going on during our stay. The builders started at 8:30 am right outside the bedroom window. There was a strange, unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom.

Great apparent in a perfect location. From the time we booked the feedback and communication was great. Rico the host was great and ease of accessing Apartment was simple. Having a washing machine while travelling is a bonus. Apparments was clean, perfect location in a quiet “traffic free” lane with plenty of restaurants to choose from (McDonalds to higher end fine dining and choices in between ) at your door step. Virtually around the corner to major shopping Galleria’s and cloee see e to opera. Walking distance to louvre. We even walked to Eiffel Tower, so simple to get around on foot or many Metro stations close by. We would highly recommend these appartments.
