Fantastic location,facilities and Chris is a fantastic host. Everything is very clean and they have thought of everything you might need.

Double bed a bit small for us as husband is 6ft 3! There is only 1 toilet near the front door and kitchen even though two bathrooms.

The location is absolutely amazing! The train station, metro, opera house, and Galeries Lafayette are all right next door. The room is spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, and it comes fully equipped with everything you need—including a great selection of kitchen utensils. Plus, there’s an elevator in the building, so you don’t have to worry about hauling heavy luggage. The staff replies to messages very quickly and is incredibly kind and polite. Excellent value for money! Highly recommended!

It is well located (you cannot beat a metro station right in front of the building and Galeries Lafayette across the street) and exceptionally decorated. The kitchen is well equipped and stocked and the beds are comfortable. Will definitely book again when go to Paris.

Unfortunately, there is no washing machine in house. We have to walk 15 minutes to a laundromat. Also, beware of unexpected steps inside, but I guess it cannot be helped given that the building is a rather vintage (and charming) one.

Spacious appartment. Cleaness.

Noise of the outside. Please note that luggage cannot be deposited before or after your stay, unless early departures of earlier guess or late check-ins of new guests. And after request and upon confirmation of the owners. No news means not possible to deposit.
