Pick A Flat's Apartments in Opéra Saint Lazarre - Rue de l'Isly

The management was responsive and kind. The location w as excellent and the apartment was comfortable and quiet. Ideal location for us on all fronts!!! I highly recommend "pick a flat!"

Excellent central location. Beautiful clean apartment on the 5th floor of the building . It is split on two levels. Lower level has 2 bedrooms with en-suite showers each, separate toilet next to kitchen to be shared by two lower floor bedrooms. Nice sized well equipped kitchen. There is a sofa, dining table and TV in the living room. Upper floor has 2 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a proper bathroom (toilet and shower). The other bedroom has an en-suite showers each and a separate toilet on the landing. Both upper bedrooms have cupboards but only one of the lower bedrooms has cupboards. There is a small circular metal staircase connecting two levels of the apartment. 3 bedrooms have air-conditioning. All rooms have heating although we did not need to use it (summer weather). We loved the apartment. There is a lift in the building but it’s tiny and can carry one adult safely, two at a squeeze. Instructions to get into building, access the keys from the locker and enter the apart were clear and easy to understand.

Bathrooms and toilets are tiny but I think it’s standard for most properties in central Paris.

Great location. Close to shops and restaurants. Easy to walk to the sights but a metro on the doorstep too. 4 large bedrooms and a balcony too!

The location was great.

Some lights were not working, only 1 champagne glass when I arrived, no wine glasses. The suport for shampoo in the shower was broken, the carpet so dirty, the freezer completey frozen can not even open the door !
