A sad place... Photos are either dated or altered compared to what we witnessed (photos attached)

We liked the location of the apartment with respect to the train station. Gaining access to the apartment with the instructions provided was fairly smooth. There is a small elevator (for two people or one with luggage) which can be taken to the fifth floor. Then stairs can be taken to the sixth floor where the apartment is located. The wifi was good and the kitchen had most things we needed.

The place was nothing like the condition in the photos. I had to go back to the listing to make sure we were in the right unit. Several places had water damage and others that needed walls repaired. I immediately sent the photos attached to this review to the management company along with a note indicating that there was no second set of keys in the apartment as indicated in the instructions. I was told that someone would get back with me. However, no one did until the night before checking out when I was given an option for the second set of keys. In addition, the shower door came off the track in one bedroom while another shower door was found under our bed and it had been replaced by a rather disgusting shower curtain. Honestly, this place could be really REALLY nice. But, the company managing the property either doesn't care about it or simply too busy to deal with it. When I brought up the suggestion of some compensation for the condition of the unit, I was told they wanted to talk with me over the phone. I provided them with my WA information, but alas, I was ghosted and no one reached out. Of our time in France, this place was the most expensive and also the most disappointing. Never trust the photos.

the location is good

it is unacceptable for putting big bags of used towels in the guest bed room. This is really bad for the guests health and hygiene. One of the guest was get skin allergies and felt sick.

Excellent stay

It was an excellent location. 5 minutes walk from Galeria Laffaette and Opera Garnier. Major attractions within walking distance. Very safe neighbourhood

Good location, clean, lack of engagement by management to solve air con malfunction.

Two of the three ac units did not function from hour one, and they did not send a technician after repeated requests to fix until 4pm on our last day, and that fix only worked for 4 hours.

Appreciate this is just a feature of Paris apartments but in a 5th floor apartment the low windows with minimal bars and no window locks were a bit frightening with children; and with small children would be terrifying.

Very charming apartment. Small but feels spacious. Good amenities. Clean and comfortable. Feels brand new or newly renovated. Very good location- near Metro and trains. Also many restaurants nearby.

We had issues with the aircon where it regularly needed troubleshooting by turning off and on all the power blocks. This does not seem normal. We did not know how to do it the first night so the first night was not comfortable for the kids (summer in Paris was hot). Apartment manager did not attend to this immediately and relied on us to troubleshoot. Not a major issue but we were on the 6th floor (attic - really charming) and elevator was only up to 5th. It was hard when you have big luggage like my family.

Wonderful stay, beautiful apartment, great neighborhood.

Great central location. Very easy to reach Versailles by direct train from a tran station 100 m from the flat. Vibrant neighborhood. Great restaurants at the door steps. Nice, new, stylish and very clean flat.

The flat owners noise policy: a few days before arrival we had to sign an agreement about the noise. It stated we should not exceed 70db for 45 seconds or their sound sensors would inform them and there would be a problem. I have never experienced this before. It made us feel very uncomfortable, also thinking about somebody monitoring you in the apartment. I do understand that there are different people and someone might disturb others however this should not be entirely the customers problem. The owners of the flat should instal some sound barriers if the neighbors are disturbed.

superb apartment, excellent location. Expensive, but worth it as special occasion or if split costs

spotlessly clean accommodation. very spacious with 4 x double beds and a sofa bed. also 4 ensuites, i think! nice touches with toiletries and dishwsher tablets etc, very comfortable beds and hotel quality bed linen, Excellent location. excellent communication in advance and during the brief stay. We loved it ;-)

We had a fabulous break away in Paris and this was partly due to having the apartment as a base.

Great location - easy to walk to most places. The bedrooms were lovely - clean and decorated well. Loved the little balcony (it was very narrow but lovely)! Lots of steps up to the apartment but it was a good workout (and the steps were very beautiful - polished wood).

Every room had a shower which was great but there was only one toilet downstairs and this was a really, really small toilet! Luckily we were all a slim bunch and managed but anyone who is a bit larger (we were also all women) may find it tricky to navigate!

Kan niet met 8 personen aan de tafel eten. Ook geen 8 thee kopjes zitkamer veel te klein voor 8 personen. Lift voor maximaal 1 persoon met een koffertje.Badkamertje is geen badkamer maar een douche in een kast.
