Convenient to the metro/ train station, shopping and restaurants. Safe area and apartment was accessible with elevator and large square footage for larger gatherings. Response time to any inquiries or issues was prompt. Only caution is two weekend nights were long drinking nights at the pubs below and noisy. We stayed for two weeks and it was a convenient spot for day and overnight train trips.
