Well air conditioned, close to Sacré Cœur, steps away from metro, three washing machines in finished basement, lots of places to eat.

A bit of walking to get to Eiffel Tower and Notre Dame although doable and plenty beautiful structures to see on the walk.

The property was recently renovated with modern toilet and shower. The location was convenient to the Metro across the street and food shopping. Pharmacy was next door. Plenty of hot water! Great air conditioning. Owner was responsive.

Must repeat that we enjoyed our stay except for a few issues. My sister stayed here last year and was with us. Towels: Towels were clean and plentiful but the quality was not the same as they had low cotton content and white fluff came off when used. The door of the toilet had a very tight automatic door closer which was difficult to push and pull open. Refrigerator pushed backward and needs a screw angle to keep it from moving. Chair had cigarette burns. Floor and sofa were dusty and could use HEPA filtered vacuum. Strong odor in the hall before entering the elevator. Person at the desk in the lobby was there but seemed to be working for another company? Front door was good quality but hard for us to pull and push open.

Train station was there at the corner, place has what you need, easy code access, and friendly host.

place it self look ok, a little small for family but who know everything in this side of Europe seeem to be small. I just didn't like the location, seem dangerous and dirty, people in that area just throw all trash on side walk.
