Entrance to apartment staircase and walls need some improving - dowdy and not giving the best impression for the apartment. Some of the curtains need re hanging as dropping off of rails . Apartment no full length mirrors and feels quite basic in bedrooms as nothing on walls anywhere

Good location and nice living area

It stated check in was from 3.30, I had emailed 2 days before arrival to say we would be there around that time. Arrived at 4 and the cleaner had just started and was telling us to come back at 6.30. The apartment had a weird smell the entire time, the bathrooms were not great, shower covered in limeacale etc. The only mirrors in the entire place are the two above the sinks in the bathroom so you can’t see our outfit anywhere. When we went to go to sleep on the first night we realised there was no base sheet on the mattress in one of the beds. It was stained with what looks like patches of blood. We called the next morning to inform them and ask for sheets to be brought, the management company told us they were coming but they never did so she had no sheet the entire stay. Only one of the three bedrooms had a wardrobe you could hang anything up in. The other two bedrooms just have drawers. All in all way over priced for the standard provided compared to other apartments we have stayed in before.

One of the worst stays of the last 10-15 years

1. When we arrived, the furniture in the living room was still standing aside (we think for cleaning); 2. The overall feel was that the appartment had been cleaned in a hurry; 3. In fact, one bedroom window was not shut properly, which enabled lots of big flies to enter the appartment; 4. There was dust in the kitchen, on the sofa and the lamps; 5. No handsoap nor towels in the kitchen; 6. What we did find though were two drawers in the kitchen filled with used (torn) cleaning cloth; 7. The water in one of the bathroom’s sinks was not going down the drain quickly; 8. In both bathrooms, the ‘bars’ that cover the shower drains were left lying in the showers; 9. It was a super hot day (37 degrees C) but there were only two fans for three bedrooms; 10. To make matters worse, one of the bedroom windows could not even be opened! 11. Overall, the appartment does not look at all like on the pictures on the website; it’s little ‘shabby’ with curtains not completely hung, dented trashcan and the sort; 12. Icecreams from previous hosts still in the freezer; 13. Three/four bags of laundry still in the room, which somebody came to pick up afterwards; 14. We called in order to get and extra fan for the third bedroom; we were promised to have it the next morning, but it never came; 15. On the second day there was a terrible sewer-smell at some point for a while. 16. We first addressed the above with the host, giving them a chance to react, but they never bothered....
