Sweett - Le Montmartre

Location, lovely terrace, comfy beds. Staff helpful with leaving luggage at another location after departure. We appreciated that.

There were a few issues with cleaning and maintenance. The floors were dirty, the rug in the lounge was extremely dirty and stained and there was a slashed cut in the lounge itself. The cabinet door to the fridge was off its hinges, when you flushed the toilet the water and found odour came up via the bathroom sink. There was no chopping board in the kitchen - we had to chop food on plates. Whole reason to book an apartment with a kitchen is so we can cook. No oven or clothes or rack as advertised. All advised to staff on arrival but nothing done.

Was a lovely apartment with a great terrace so we had lots of room. Ample hanging and cupboard space. Clean and modern and well located in Montmartre close to shops and around the corner from Moulin Rouge. Shower pressure was great. Was on the 3rd floor but there was a lift to help with luggage.

Checkin process was poor. Digital access was broken and had to wait til 5.30pm before we could get in with a staff member. Shower drainage was slow and there was gurgling in the basin drain when you flushed the toilet so I think a plumber needs to visit and sort . A washing machine would’ve been handy but there was a laundromat not far away. Some night noise issues but generally quiet.

Great location, great soundproofing on the windows. Although it was central, it wasn’t noisy. The electricity cut out at one point. The staff were very helpful and got it fixed very quickly. We were able to leave our bags in the reception of another venue before we could get into our room for a few hours and also after we left the apartment.

Odd layout of main bedroom with the bed being the depth of the room and a door on each side going into the longue! You could not walk around the end of the bed which was odd. Being stung with a compulsory insurance fee of €20 just before we went to the property and without previous warning.

Ubicación y el alojamiento en general. la terraza si puedes disfrutarla por el clima, muy guay. Cocina bastante completa.

No me parece normal que haciendo la reserva por booking y tienen mis datos, cojan fianza de 300 euros. Tampoco me parece normal que no te la devuelvan hasta tres días después. Problemas con el wifi. Hablas con una IA, no con una persona por WhatsApp. El sofá estaba sucio. La habitación de la litera sumamente pequeña y litera de arriba muy incomoda si no es para un niño.
