Yuna Blanche - Serviced Apartments

Fabulous location and so good to be on the ground floor! Amazing space for 6 adults, large sitting room, two lovely bedrooms with two bathrooms and outdoor space as well. Great communication with staff, the small issue with keypad entry and air conditioner in one room was resolved very promptly. So good to walk into a cool accommodation after the heatwave temps of Paris. Would definitely stay again and recommend to all.

Location was fantastic, it was so quiet inside with a nice entrance courtyard off the street. There is a lovely restaurant directly across the road which you should try during your stay. You pass many more restaurants and bars as you take a 5 minute walk to the Moulin Rouge, Blanche metro and a vibrant bustling precinct full of pastry shops, bakeries, brasseries, and everything else you could think of. The room itself was quite comfortable for a family of 4. The sofa bed was quite large with ample room for my two daughters, with an additional section of couch bedside it. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need. The bathroom although small in size houses a large shower. The complimentary bottle of wine was also a lovely gesture. Check-in, street access to the building and access to the YUNA rooms was seamless and the storage lockers in the foyer were a blessing upon check out (allowed us to take a quick walk to grab some pastries and coffee for breakfast without having to lug our bags around before heading to the airport).

The stairs were tricky upon arrival and departure as we had 4 suitcases to get up and down. They were fine for the rest of the trip though as it was only 2 small flights to climb. Apart from that the apartment was amazing.

Was a door code which was emailed. However, I had booked two apartments and had to chase for the second information and key to access it. it was difficult at times to get in touch with someone to get the second code.

The apartments I booked were not on the same floor. I understood there was no lift, however it is a spiral narrow staircase. The sofa bed also was broken and didn't work so one person had to sleep on the sofa which I do not find acceptable. There was no tea towel or kitchen towel to dry items up.
