Welcome to Montmartre! The apartment is optimized to host in the best conditions AirBnB's Guests. Located near Place de Clichy (metro lines 2 and 13) and Montmartre Cemetery, a 5 minutes walk to Abbesses, Sacré Coeur Basilica or to Batignolles districts.
Remodeled recently, nicely decorated and fully equipped (washer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven+microwave, coffee machine) you will enjoy your stay in Paris in a real 3 double bedrooms apartment with A/C. Perfect for 6 Guests or a family.
Located on the street level, with a private entrance to the apartment. This 3 real bedrooms apartment of 800 sq.ft can welcome 6 guests.
A/C in the living room and in the first bedroom on the street side.
Linen, towels, pillows from the famous french factory Garnier-Thibault. Shampoo and shower gel in the bathrooms.
A complete apartment cleaning is made before each arrival to guarantee its cleanliness.
One bedroom has a private shower room (shower+sink).
The 2 other bedrooms share a separate bathroom (1 bathtub+sink).
There is one separate toilet in the apartment (french customs).
Each room has a window with shelters.
Less than 10 minutes to get to 'Stade de France' (football or rugby matches, Paris Olympics 2024, or any other sport events) - just 6 stops (ligne 13).
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS.
RESPECT YOUR NEIGHBORS between 10PM - 8 AM.
Be careful not to make too much noise, and avoid disturbing your neighbors' sleep. At night, for example, you should limit the volume of conversations (no shouting), music and the television; refrain from using electrical household appliances such as washing machines or vacuum cleaners, as well as from moving furniture around and carrying out household repairs.

The property is exactly as described! Our host was responsive and very helpful. The apartment is not in the touristy area so it was peaceful and quiet. Walkable to the Metro and Sacre Couer! We definitely recommend this flat to everyone!

The check-in process was a bit difficult. We had an overnight flight with kids and check in was at 3p. Due to scheduling conflicts with the owner, check in was stressful. The apartment is located on the first floor so you hear a lot of street traffic in the front room. The apartment is far from major tourist attractions, but bus and metro were close by. The host had a list of restaurants and cafes, however none of them were in the area. A list of nearby restaurants/cafes would've been helpful.
The apartment was clean, however there were small things that the owner could've done to make the unit more inviting. Such as stocking up on coffee pods and adding blackout curtains in the front room. The listing said that the unit had 2 bathrooms, when it actually meant 2 baths and only one toilet. I had booked this unit because it had a washer and dryer. When we got there, we found out that the dryer was broken. The owner offered to dry our clothes, but since we were out all day it was an inconvenience. Also, the washing machine needs to be cleaned. There was scum in the detergent compartment and clothes weren't coming out clean. Overall it was a spacious and comfortable apartment for a family. The house keeper was friendly and the host was responsive and courteous. The rooms were big and the beds were comfortable.

The apartment is extremely nice and fully equipped with everything you need. The location is just ideal: Montmartre and Place de Clichy just nearby and public transportation is just around the corner. Jean-Daniel was a perfect and extremely friendly host. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
