Location, location, location

The apartment has beautiful views of the Sacre Coeur on one side of the apartment and beautiful views of Paris on the other side. The location is perfect and in close proximity to shopping, restaurants and the metro. So much to see and do in the neighborhood. The apartment is safe and secure and the building has a tiny elevator. The rooms are spacious.
The hot water did not work in the kitchen and bathroom with the Paris view. Initially, the hot water didn't work in the bathroom with the Sacre Coeur view but was repaired by the owner. This may have caused the hot water issue with the other bathroom and kitchen. Both bathrooms had mold. A window curtain was being used as a shower curtain and it was covered in mold and filth. Also, the window located above the tub did not have a curtain. Also, the bed pillows were uncomfortable.
