The location was great, the apartment was clean and very comfy.

Just the fact that was at ground level, but not much of a problem

Fantastic location, good size apartment and good facilities.

We found the apartment very airless at night time - even with the heating off in February. The bedrooms don't have windows that you can open, so no access to fresh air. The apartment is on the ground floor in a courtyard of blocks of flats so gets no natural light.

The location of the apartment was very convenient with lots of restaurant options right outside the door. The metro stations were near within a 3-4 min walk. We were able to walk to Sacre Coeur in 20 minutes. Gallery Lafayette in 15 min, Rivoli, etc. A good working washing machine was useful especially when you are travelling with kids. The kitchen is well equipped for vacationers. Better in the winter season, NOT in the summer months unless you like saunas.

The apt. Is ground floor. If the windows are open, it poses security issue and if closed there is ZERO ventilation. In the summer it feels like sleeping in a oven despite the available fans. The title of the apt is deceiving "Superb" is far from it. The bed sheets had hair on it. There is no frying pan in the kitchen so could not do eggs for breakfast. The only window in the living area does not have a net to keep bugs amd insects out. God forbid you need to open the windows for ventillation at night with the light on is a direct invite to insects let alone the mice which I had the pleasure of watching few meters away from the window. The worst experience was trying to contact the owner. No answers to WhatsApp messages and constantly voice messaging service on the number provided yet no response. We were able to get hold of someone 30 min before checking out after 6-8 repeated attempts.
