Расположение отличное, кухонная зона обеспечена полностью всем необходимым оборудованием и огромным ассортиментом посуды. Вай Фай работал прекрасно, постельное белье приятное! Водоснабжение стабильное с хорошим напором, канализация работала замечательно без малейшего запаха. В квартире было очень тепло и отопление работало прекрасно. Стиральная машина и сушилка очень качественно стирают и сушат белье. Мы отдыхали семьей 5 человек, нам очень понравилось что было 2 полноценных санузла (унитаз+душ) и в гостиной большой стол для совместных ужинов. Мы были поражены парадной входной группой в подъезде, несмотря на достаточно длинный путь к лифту все скрашивалось погружением в старинную архитектуру и шарм Парижа прошлых веков… Кондиционер в квартире есть, но мы им не пользовались и как он работает мы не знаем.
Недостатки были настолько незначительными, что писать об этом нет никакого смысла.

Walking out minutes from the Tuileries is a real treat. Good Monoprix close by for groceries. Close to several major metro stations. Completely quiet building; you hear nothing. Great chairs for comfort lounging.
Extremely minor point, but could add a dish towel to dry dishes as we didn't use dish washer.
