The security and how close to so many different restaurants and shops.

The only somewhat negative was lack of air conditioning.

I had an exceptional stay at Rue Mandar 14 Studio Apartment. The place was spotlessly clean, tidy, and very well maintained, which made it instantly comfortable. The location is superb — surrounded by great restaurants, lively streets, and a vibrant atmosphere that made exploring the area a joy. The host was fantastic and really went the extra mile. We needed a slightly later checkout because we were travelling with kids, and they kindly extended it from 10 AM to 11 AM after we explained our situation. That small gesture made a big difference to our morning. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended.

The only small issue was with the photos on Booking.com. The listing mixes pictures of the studio and a two‑bedroom flat, which made it hard to know exactly what we were booking. Showing only the studio photos would make things much clearer.

Location was decent but once we learned about the local trains schedule and options, could have managed better comfort for same price or less. Internet was down through our stay and host showed up when we complained (not proactively) but we presume will not be an issue if working.

The apartment is decent but main issue was missing locks in bath, no floor towels, the bath towels were not clean and hard/rough on touch. Appeared to be washed with a cheap soap or probably without soap repeatedly. Felt very uncomfortable to use them and tried to manage with what we brought with us. Cheap/small bath soaps were thrown in one corner until you find them.
