Great location , stunning location actually !

This place has 3 things, value for money, well utilised space and perfect location. Will most definitely book this again. Tonnes of great cafes, restaurants and shops within very convenient distance and perfect stroll into main Paris... such a spot.

We loved the area, safe and convenient.

The location was great, very near our meetings and close to several Metro stations. Additional bonus was the surrounding streets have many good cafes/ bakeries and supermarkets and fruit stalls. We felt very comfortable and safe with the area.

We stayed on the 3rd floor and the last 3 days the unit above us was very noisy. We could hear dragging of chairs, including loud stomping footwork.

The best place to stay in Paris

Very nice and very clean place. Close to zone with a lot of restaurants and with a metro station at 1 minute. One of the best apartments I have been so far!. Also the place has a place to leave the luggage for free if you arrive before your check-in time. We were 2 adults and 2 children and we were very comfortable.

A very convenient stay

The place was very clean, easy to get in and very comvenient location. The existence of elevator helps a lot especially if you stay on high floors. Heating was great and generally the place met all our expectations, I would book it again if I was about to return anytime.

It was a very nice accommodation - overall. It suited our needs. We were able to walk everywhere and be able to soak in

It was a fantastic apartment, located very close to plenty of dining options and just a 5-minute walk from the train station. The location was extremely convenient, especially with a direct line to and from the airport. We were able to walk to the Louvre, the Seine waterfront, Grand Palais, Notre-Dame Cathedral, Galeries Lafayette, and more. There were numerous cafés and patisseries just a 2-minute walk from our doorstep. The property was very spacious for the three of us, and we quickly got used to the quaint two-person lift.

Location near many cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. Metro and RER 7 min walk away. Bed was comfortable, apartment clean with basic amenities including body lotion, tea, coffee, olive oil, salt & pepper. Bathroom was good size.

Need more instructions on washer dryer. Can't open door mid-drying cycle. More clothes hangers and slightly bigger dining table to fit 4.

Amazing location, great apartment with lift

Amazing location, very convenient - very close to Chatelet De Halles train and right along the bustling streets with lots of amazing restaurants, cafes, bakeries and more! Also has supermarkets and grocery shops around. The apartment is very well equipped for 2 pax to enjoy a very comfortable holiday. Great amenities like heaters, airconditioning, a large kitchen counter for light meals and drinks, free coffee capsules, and a super convenient washing area for us to launder our holiday attire for the week. Bedroom has sufficient shelves and hanging space for both to use. Best of all - the building as a lift (which is rare) and also free large lockers for guests to stow their luggage in case of early check in or late checkout. Would highly recommend.

Excellent location and very compact but highly functional apartment.

A clean, modern, well maintained property with good security. Perfect location which was quiet but very near a street with lots of restaurants, patisseries,supermarket,pharmacy. Excellent shower. Good to have a washing machine when travelling light. Good wifi.

Everything was perfect. We have well prepared instructions before arrival. There is a web page about everything which might be you face. It’s location is very good. There are lots cafe and place you could go. Their communication is very good.

We have heat problem and it was a bit important for us due to out baby. They try to solve our problem but it did not solved as we expected.

Best stay in Europe so far (for a seasoned traveller)!

The ample space!!! And the bed was amazing. In Paris everything is usually small with limited space, but not here. The bed was big & extra length. The hair dryer was great quality (it is all in the little things with Beauquartier). The lockers to store our luggage on arrival and departure was a great addition - part of the reason we booked it. The communication and online app made our lives so easy. And it was by far the best wifi I have ever experienced on a trip. 12/10 stay!!

Nothing - it was great. We were on the first floor, and you could faintly hear the metro below, but I think that is normal for all of Paris. It did not bother us AT ALL.

The location was great to explore lots of the city. Plenty of restaurants and shopping right close by. The customer service was excellent. Quick to respond to any questions we had. Like the QR codes on the pamphlets, very informational.

The only thing we thought was off, was the toilet was all by itself, while the sink, shower and tub were in a room past the bedroom. We mainly used the kitchen sink to wash our hands after using the toilet. The place was great though!!

Clean, great location. We stayed in the studio on the 6th floor! Quiet and surprisingly spacious.

We didn't discover the washer until the last day because it was in a closet behind a chair!

Good value for money apartment at a central location. Ideal for groups of up to 3 individuals wanting to explore Paris.

Conveniently located within walking distance to some of the most visited Paris sites such as the Louvre, Notre Dame, Le Halle district, Tuileries gardens etc… The apartment is also well equipped for quick meals or breakfast. Modern space, with elevator and luggage storage space, which is a rear in Paris! Overall, it ticks almost all of the items on the checklist of a traveller willing to explore Paris!

Two minor things-the one bedroom apartment is probably a bit crowded for 4 people, so have that in mind. Also, you cannot really open any windows in the main bedroom as you get a strong smell from the nearby restaurant (however, the windows in the living room area are a nice addition!). Finally, the living room a/c was making some weird noises (while turned off), at random times during the day - if you are not using the living room much this is probably a non-issue. If someone is sleeping there, it might get a bit irritating.

Nice boutique hotel, neighborhood full of restaurants and bars, modern amenities.

Property was nice and clean and organized. Beds were comfortable. Grocery in 2 minutes walking. Windows give nice street view. Kitchen was equipped with utensils and kitchenette for a family of 4. Saturday night was lively where people enjoying food and drinks in many restaurants.

A cutting board in kitchen could be great addition to make the kitchen tidy. The toilet has no water sink/faucet, you need to move to the other bathroom to wash hands. That may be a hygiene question to some people. Lift is very small making room for one people with one luggage at a time. But old building does not have much space to make room for big elevator.

Beautiful, stylish, one bedroom apartment was extremely clean and comfortable. The apartment is exactly like the photos. Located on a charming street close to many restaurants, shops and tourist attractions. We felt very safe walking around in the lively neighborhood. Also, we appreciated being able to store our luggage for free on our departure day. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location!

We had a wonderful stay in Paris! The apartment was super cute, clean, and perfect for a couple. We were on the 1st floor (which is actually the 2nd by U.S. standards), and appreciated having an elevator. It had everything we needed and was in the perfect location—just a short walk to the Louvre and Notre-Dame, and a lovely stroll to Montmartre. Surrounded by great restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, clean and convenient!

Very clean apartment that is conveniently located next to a great shopping street with plenty of restaurants, cafes and bakeries. It’s close to a major train and metro station. It’s located in a safe and vibrant area. The staff was very kind, helpful and accommodating. We stayed in the 5th floor unit. I was anxious about bedbugs but they reassured me that there have been no reports of it in their property and cleanliness was their top priority. I checked and there were no bugs. The bed was comfortable and bedding was clean and fresh smelling. The sofa was also clean. I would definitely stay again when I return to Paris.

Amazing, comfortable, clean and fully equipped apartment at an amazing location! For sure one of the TOP properties I’ve stayed at through booking.com Service was also very good, with clear and timely communication. The apartment had everything we needed to be able to travel with our baby and the location was perfect for us. A lot of very tasty options nearby and walking distances to most Parisian sites.

So minor things, that they are not even worth mentioning. Even the small elevator wasn’t a problem for us, as we left the baby stroller in the lockers downstairs.

FANTASTIC unit and location. Can not say enough good about our experience. This unit is close to so many things. There are grocery stores, subway stations, restaurants, and retail. Felt like a real hip location filled with locals and tourists alike. The city is at your doorstep really. You're about a 10 min walk to The Louvre and several other points of interest. I appreciated the fact that the toilet basin was in its own separate space as it allowed more privacy. I would go on record saying that in the 10+ years I've been using booking.com, this unit is the MOST well thought out space I've stayed in. It's compact, efficient, clean, and comfortable. Stellar experience!

We really had zero complaints with any of the process. Staff was quick to respond and went out of their way to make sure our needs were met. I did struggle with the combo washer/dryer as everything was in French...obviously. I was able to search online and found a user's manual, again all in French. So, maybe some simple or basic directions for those that speak English would be helpful. I like a cold/chilly room to sleep in and the bedroom unit appeared to struggle at times in the July heat. The rest of the apartment was fine, but for me, the bedroom was a little stuffy at times. I need to say that neither of these 'issues' impacted our stay in the least. At best, they were minor inconveniences.

Everything was absolutely amazing! We arrived late at night because of the flight being late, we entered easily our room. We had everything we needed-the facilities are great! The neighborhood is great-many restaurants and bars and also close to the metro. Would recommend this apartment to everyone in Paris:)

The location was fantastic. Easy to access the apartment and the lockers for guest use were very helpful as we arrived earlier than checkin. Very clean apartment, perfect for a couple. Even though the evenings outside were lively the windows blocked out noise really well!

One of the best rentals, even equipped with a Dyson vacuum. Very safe location, spotless in all the rooms. Modern equipment in the kitchen, immaculate bathroom. I would certainly stay again.
