The location was near to many dining options and local shopping street with bakeries, fruit, cheese and food supply shops, there were some boutiques within walking distance as well. Located on a reasonably quiet and safe street. We like the area as it felt safe and clean. We also love that there is a washer/dryer in the apartment and a well equipped kitchen. The availability of luggage storage is also very useful for arriving early or late departure. The host was also very responsive to queries and we felt taken care off even though there was no physical concierge on site.
The elevator in the property is very small and only enough to fit two people or one person and one luggage at a time. It will not be suitable for wheelchair users. Also the bathroom basin area is quite small with not enough countertop space. Perhaps adding a wall shelf will help.

A wonderful stay in the heart of Paris. The apartment was exactly as described, comfortable, well located, and everything you need for a great trip. The neighbourhood is incredibly charming, with fantastic cafés and restaurants right on the doorstep. I will definitely be back!

Located in a lively area full of restaurants, cafés and boutiques, yet tucked away on a quiet street. The apartment is surprisingly spacious by Paris standards and feels more like staying in your own home than in a rental. Very clean, comfortable, and easy to access. They also provide secure lockers where you can leave your luggage if you arrive early or have a late departure, which is incredibly convenient. If I return to Paris, this will definitely be my first choice again

This place has 3 things, value for money, well utilised space and perfect location. Will most definitely book this again. Tonnes of great cafes, restaurants and shops within very convenient distance and perfect stroll into main Paris... such a spot.
