Lovely property in a central location

Beds could have been more comfortable. They were very hard and thin

The location was great, the rooms clean and the sofa bed in great condition and comfy.

This is certainly an apartment for two people, three is a squeeze but we just managed it with four but very little space, however more the reason to get out and about. Lots of steps if you have mobility issues.

1. The location is great. Attractions such as the Louvre and Notre Dame is nearby. If you like walking, you can walk to almost all the attractions, if you're ready for 30K steps a day :) 2. The apartment is small but very efficiently organized. They have a big table, 4 chairs, many closets, all kitchen utensils, an ironing board and iron, and a hairdryer. 3. The staff is very helpful, and they are available through WhatsApp almost at any hour and responded to our questions rapidly and in great detail. 4. It is a safe location with many shops, restaurants, and cafes. 5. It is accessible from the CDG airport by using the RER-B line; it takes about 45 minutes, around 12 stops.

1. The stairs are narrow and steep, so if you have small kids, a stroller, or older people in your group, it can be quite a challenge to go up and down. 2. The street is very noisy until 1-2 am, so if you are a light sleeper, it is a challenge to have a good sleep, unless you walked 30K that day :) 3. The apartment is small, if your group is more than 2 or 3, you bump into each other a lot. 4. The bathroom is very small, so if you are 6 feet or more, you need to maneouvre carefully. 5. If you have a late flight or train, they do not offer strorage for your luggage after check out, which is at 11.00 am. 6. There is no cleaning service during you stay.

Over priced for quality of furnishings and size was tiny!
