Nice place at a great location

Great location. Spacious place (especially for Paris). Well equipped kitchen, nice balcony (the typical Paris balconies), very spacious bathroom, which is rare in Paris. Free luggage storage after check out. It’s actually a whole building of 4 or something Sweet apartments on different floors.

A bit too expensive (especially the additional services you can opt for like extended check out and airport transfers).

Apartment was a refurbished old Paris apartment with plenty of charm. Excellent location.

The location was excellent, if you want to be in that fancy old world part of Paris. Decent value for the size of apartment.

The automated checkin procedure, with poor internet and having to scan all passports, just to get a door code was horrendous. Should just send code in location instructions. Would have canceled, but would have had to pay for two places. Called the phone number, and could not reach anyone ever. Worst check in I have ever had. Automated, and talking to a computer that sent us in an endless broken loop. Frustrating! Apartment was clean but common areas were not, even though it seemed the rental company owned the whole building.

We booked this property in advance and requested early check-in, which was confirmed by the management. However, upon arrival at 14:00, the room was still under renovation and unavailable. We immediately contacted the manager, who initially asked us to wait 10 minutes for a solution, but after that stopped answering our calls completely. When the renovation was finally finished, the staff member left and told us to wait for housekeeping. As a result, we were left standing outside the room for almost 3 hours. Only after contacting Booking.com directly was the issue resolved, and we were finally able to check in around 17:00. The property itself matches the photos, but the furniture and facilities are very outdated and clearly in need of renovation. Because of the check-in problems and poor communication from the management, we lost almost an entire day of our vacation just trying to access our room. This was an extremely disappointing experience, and I cannot recommend this property.

We have been relocated from st germain to rue du Milan. Our vacation started with a disappointment. We spent more than 200€ for traveling back and forth from our location to the places we would like to visit in Paris. We were not sure even if the apartment they offer is the same price with the one we choose and pay. The building was a regular one. No Parisian touch or feel.

Great place, minuses come with territory

Excellent location (albeit a bit noisy, but it comes with the territory), very clean, excellent customer service. You can see the Eiffel Tower from the balcony.

Check in @ 4PM. Got there at 4PM and cleaning lady was not done so we had to wander around for another 30 min. For that, they refunded the cleaning fee, however. Kudos for that customer service. Place is old, with charm, but a bit of TLC would not hurt (electronic lock looked like was goimg to break everytime we used it). As others reviewers pointed out, getting up on 5 flights of stairs is hard. Courtains could be completely blackout.

very very nice location, there are many good restaurants and nice streets around to look. The apartment is quite clean, the view from the window is beautiful, you can see the eiffel tower in the distance.

We lived on the top floor, the stairs are quite steep. What I didn't like the most was that there were three of us living, and there was only one bed sheet. The unmade bedding was all stained and dirty.

Old building an small apartment in desperate need of repair/refurbishment in a central location.

Central location. Easy to get the code and get in. No check in process. Relative spacious compared to hotel rooms.

Reminder: no elevator, Expect to carry luggage up winding stairs. Bath sink and tub were clogged. Very small/basic amenities. Room cleaning at extra cost. All appliances were unplugged, and scattered in the room. Bed had a slope to one end. Had dishwasher detergent. But no dishwasher. Had laundry, but no laundry detergent :)

The location is amazing. Close to metro, shops, cafes, and walking distance to many landmarks. The apartment itself is very clean, well appointed, has most of what you need. The washing machine was a nice unexpected amenity. Check in and check out is a breeze.

There is one towel each for a 5 night stay. We also ran out of toilet paper and had to buy some. For this price, there should be sufficient linens and toiletries. The noise is out of the control of the hotel, however to use the portable a/c unit you have to open the windows and hear people partying all night long. Closing the windows helps with the noise but then the apartment is 80 degrees. Perhaps a fan would help.

Location was great, proximity to most places

The description was missing vital info like "5-6 flights of stairs" and no elevator. Room shown was not the one we got. They should have provided accurate and important info about property. There was a random person sleeping in the building stairs (security concern). Toiletry mentioned was just for one person. Only one shower. cracks in the floor and fireplace. Rooms at different levels. We had a friend with knee surgery that could not do so many stairs each day or even within the unit. Had to carry heavy bags 5-6 floors, no easy task.

There was no provided breakfast, however it was lovely to shop the nearby markets and eat in the apartment - the location was terrific and the apartment was small and very comfortable for two people.

The key situation upon arrival was a little confusing. The folks at Sweet Inn were very attentive got us squared away very quickly.
