Large well lit comfortable 3 rd floor apartment with elevator in the popular, bustling neighborhood of Buci- St. Germain. Shops, cafes, transportation all within steps. We enjoyed our stay, owner responds rapidly by email to any question or problem. This would be solved by having written instructions for the appliances in the apartment. We recommend this apartment.

Check-in was so easy, and Lotfi was very responsive with any questions I had. The location is great - right in the middle of Saint Germain with lots of restaurant options, a nearby grocery store, shopping and walking distance to many great sights. The beds & pillows were comfortable and we had plenty of space to spread out.

It only has one bedroom with a door, the space is small, too many pillows everywhere, too clutter, the pictures were taken with a wide lense so it looks bigger than it is. Location is perfect, close to many restaurants and stores, owner was very responsive and communicated well. Suggestion get rid of the many pillows, leather couches would be better as they can be cleaned after each guest leaves. Overall ok

Fantastic location. Flat is cute and quiet. Appliances are modern and all worked well. Host was very communicative and flexible. Great value! I would be happy to stay here again.
NB if you plan on doing much of your own cooking / good prep, the kitchen tools were a little basic at the time I was there.
