About this apartment rental
In front of the Seine and the Pont Neuf, lovely very Parisian apartment of 100 m2 with a view of the rooftops and a small garden, on the 7th floor with elevator. Apartment renovated. Air conditioning.
Very sunny and bright. A bedroom on the first floor (1 sofa bed of 1, 40) and a mezzanine bedroom upstairs with a large queen size bed.
The apartment is in the heart of the city and an extremely lively neighborhood but it is absolute calm as soon as you are there.
Everything can be visited on foot: the Luxembourg Gardens are close by as well as the most beautiful monuments of Paris: Notre Dame, the Louvre, the Musée d'Orsay, the Musée de l'Orangerie, the Jeu de Paume, the Tuileries Gardens. Direct bus or metro line to the Fondation Vuiton.
Extremely lively area with many restaurants, cafes and bars. Cinemas and shops. Markets nearby, open every day in St Germain and three times a week in Maubert Mutualité.
The Seine flows under the Pont Neuf in front of the building. La Samaritaine is just opposite, Le Bon Marché a 10-minute walk away or accessible by bus or two metro stops.
Metros and buses nearby.
The Opéra Garnier and the department stores, Printemps and Galeries Lafayette are accessible by the bus line 27 whose stop is in front of the building.

A fabulous flat with the feeling of home. Fabulous view of the Paris skyline endlessly watchable and waiting for the Eiffel Tower to light up. Drinks while watching the locals play boule in Pl Dauphine just across the Pont Neuf. Lots of watching but need to sit after walking and metro in everywhere. Great to have a lift.

Lovely penthouse apartment in a beautiful neighborhood. Could not be more central to restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. The flat is fully furnished and very comfortable. Very quiet despite being in the middle of a bustling area. Nice private courtyard entry with a garden and elevators. The host was very prompt and responsive with questions and communication. The manager met us and ensured we were well situated and comfortable. I traveled with my two siblings, which worked out well. The main floor bedroom is more spacious than the listing photos indicate and is opposite a half bathroom. The shower is a separate bathroom, also on the main floor. In the loft area is a king sized bed, a half bathroom and a queen sized sofabed. The stairs were easy to navigate and the kitchen was very well furnished. From the beautiful tall windows are views of the Palais, Louvre and Eiffel Tower, which has a sparkling light show at the top of each hour. Very special location with amazing hosts.

Very much enjoyed our week long stay at this property as a family of 4. Location could not be better for walking and transit options. Also very thankful for the flexible check-in/check-out timing. Onsite support, Isabel, was wonderful and responsive. The home is actually larger than we expected, it has a study/bedroom separately with a pull-out bed and an upstairs loft with a queen and TV room. This wasn't super clear from the listing/photos but it was a good amount of space. Beds were comfortable. 2 toilets and 1 shower in a separate area. Kitchen had all needed amenities, only surprise was the washer/dryer system did not have a dryer so we had to hang dry our items. One AC unit in the loft bedroom upstairs which was very effective, fans available throughout the rest of the home. The view was also nice with rooftops and the Eiffel. Elevator was small but worked well to get to the top floor (where the home is). Overall we had a wonderful stay and would recommend, thank you!
