Apart hotel Louvre museum by Studio prestige

Appartamento comodo. Posizione perfetta, praticamente di fronte al Louvre, in zona piena di ristoranti e negozi.

The place is very secure and the location is brilliant. Host very communicative and the AC works great!

Perhaps a little loud from the neighbours but that's just a minor flaw.

Excellent location, air conditioning in the heat wave was very good. The kitchenette was very good to have. Loved the laundry onsite and the communication with the staff was great. Cafe Blanc next door is wonderful. Good, modern, clean apt and good shower/water pressure. Smart TV, Nespresso, kettle, iron. Nearby cafe, Boulangerie and grocery. 5 min walk to Louvre.

Not an issue for us but to set expectations: The Apartment 6 we rented is a 2rd floor 170sq foot bedroom and en-suite bath - just big enough for one bed, 2 suitcases. No desk/chair, no elevator. Early check in and cleaning is extra $$; more than 2 towels or pillows would have been good but it’s ok. Larger types of apt suite are sometimes available - if we returned we would rent larger size. Very great location, very clean, nice AC during the heatwave and it was nice for rest after enjoying Paris. Polite hosts.

The hotel location was perfect very close to Louvre which we wanted. It was easy access to hop on hop off bus stop. There were some restaurants and stuff very nearby. The shower and sink was separate and larger from the toilet which was extremely small

The room was a Queen bed with a sofa against the headboard in the middle of the room . We had to move the two tables and furniture around to open the sofa bed as we were three guests. after moving the small table and chairs there was barely any room to walk. The bathroom was extremely small space you had to stand over the toilet to shut the door. The toilet paper holder on the wall had caused damage to the door because each time it opened the door hit the holder. It was a bit of a rough stay because the wifi also didn't work at all during our stay which meant the Tv didn't work . We called someone who came out and got the TV working but the WIFI did not work for our phones even though we tried several about 5 different networks. Some apartments were better suited for three people. This room should have been for only 2 guests max. upon arrival we could not figure out code or room I didn't have wifi and couldn't connect to network even though i was inside building. There is no Elevator and although are room was listed on the first floor, there was a ground floor before the first floor and the stairs were not the best for my Older parents. The laundry room was downstairs (alot of stairs in a cellar type room) .
