I paid for a one bedroom superior apartment and I got a one room studio. I questioned the people when we got here that this was the right room and they said it was and I told them that wasn’t what I paid for and they said I had to take it up with Booking.com for false advertising and I intend to do so when I get back to the United States this week, we didn’t have any heat the first 24 hours because the room has no heat. There’s no heating ventilation there’s no heating duct there’s no controls. There’s none after I kept complaining. They finally brought us a portable heater 24 hours later . The room is so small that you can’t open the bed couch without moving the small table and chairs into the entry which blocks the toilet. The dishes are sparse. There’s one dinner plate no coffee mugs just two little demo cups .on Wednesday the lock wouldn’t work to come into the room. Fortunately they had an employee that was able to let us in, but on Thursday again the lock wouldn’t work. The batteries were dead or something and we had to wait in the hallway for a half an hour before they were able to get somebody here and let us In. i’ll be home in the states on Sunday and someone from Booking.com can contact me or I will be contacting you. This was not what we paid for and I expect to get some type of refund.

Misleading information and a very unpleasant experience.

We made a reservation for the Deluxe Room, which is specifically described as “1 living room, 1 separate bedroom.” I was traveling with another person who could not share a bedroom, and I made a point of clearly stating that I needed the sofa bed prepared, separated from the bedroom. I was told this would not be a problem. Upon arrival, I found that the accommodation was actually a studio, where the sofa (which did not even have space to be opened) and the bed were only separated by a piece of furniture. I contacted management, who were consistently very unpleasant, and after I provided proof that what I had booked was not what I was given, they stated that they had no alternative solution. When attempting to open the sofa bed, it was dirty and had hair on it, and as a result, the person traveling with me had to sleep on the sofa without opening it. If the table were moved, there would be no corridor left to allow circulation. The cleanliness was not properly done. In addition, the apartment is located on the 5th floor with no elevator, which is very difficult to access, and this is not mentioned anywhere in the listing. I am attaching photographs of this very unpleasant stay.

Very uncomfortable

The location is excellent.

What I saw was not what I got at all, then I was told that it is not the right picture, I asked for an upgrade even with more fees, and they said that all is booked though there was an apartment in g. Floor that stayed empty till the morning of our departure. I asked for it as the stairs were very narrow for our baggages, I was told they are fully booked. . had appartment 4 floor 2, we put the password to find someone in it, then we were allocated appartment 6 even further higher. Again that was not the unit we wanted or saw, what we saw was a unit with abed ,a sofa and a small dining. End of day we accept the situation as we had a long trip and were literally tired and didn't want to spoil our vacation more than that. I tried to let them know that the wifi for appartment 6 does not work , I was told to use any other room number, I did and had the worst wifi connection throughout the whole trip. Additionally, I was trying to take a shower, by adjusting the long unit. I found glass pieces falling on my head and on the ground , some were tiny that went down the drain others I was able to pick up and throw (trying to do all that without hurting myself as I was barefoot) and BTW, one piece stayed over the shower head, they can go and check . I have been traveling with booking for a long time now , on multiple occasions and destinations, I never had a problem m or had such a hectic trip like this trip. Hope that my next trip on 10 days won't be that disappointing. Thank you.

Worst accommodation & managers I encountered over many Paris previous stays. Dont go here

The location was good. The bed was comfortable, They had air conditioning. Those are the only redeeming features

Tiny, false advertising "Deluxe Studio" it was not. There was not enough space anywhere to even turn my bag around. No space to prepare food and no chair/table to eat at anyway, only can sit on the bed. Stained and not fit for purpose pillows. I had to go out and buy my own pillows. Shower outlet blocks quickly and floods bathroom. Floors are filthy, dont walk around barefooted, unless you want black soles. Very limited cupboard space, made worse by part of it being used to store their cleaning equipment. No ironing board, they had to go buy a new one, but had my shirts got dry cleaned instead at my cost, as I could not wait for them to argue with me if I had re-checked the dungeon for said ironing board. Accosted by the second building supervisor to ID myself, days after checking in, and after the first supervisor was the guy that let us into our apartment initially. Lack of communication. Studio Prestige managers were arrogant and high-brow in my dealings with them

The place TINY!, Paid for a room with a kitchenette and sitting area. Could not even get past the bed. No seat, only 1 glass, no fork or pillowcase. DONT DO IT

Horrible! The worst stay at a rented place ever!

Nothing. This was a huge scam. The so-called apartment was nothing more than a closet sized room worse then at a cheap motel. Not even close to the pictures on the basis of which I rented the so-called apartment. No more than 4-5 feet of space between the bed and the wall and a window out of which you could only see a white wall, like in a prison cell. Not a chair or a table, the so called kitchen consisted of a coffee machine, a microwave and a tiny fridge. A lonely bulb hanging from the ceiling. No light in the bathroom. Absolutely horrible. I was traveling for work and this was devastating after I had paid 2700 euros for the place. I couldn’t stay there for 5 minutes, I had to move out and stay at a different hotel.

Everything. Booking.com and the company renting the apartment should be ashamed and should reimburse me. I will NEVER book anything with Booking.com or Apart hotels from now on.

Location Comfortable bed Shower with good water pressure

- Room not matching pictures on booking.com (no table, no chairs). - Real room size about 10m2 less than announced on booking.com. Very small and not really suitable for 2 persons. - Property hazards and poor design (very narrow steps, air blowing radiator behind window curtains, have to enter shower to close door to access toilets, narrow hallway behind door to reach room and bathroom, bathroom radiator too close to toilet, window facing external wall and other room's bathroom). - Pseudo-kitchen area not functional without table and chairs (only in pictures on booking.com, but does not exist - no space for that). - If I knew the room was that small vs. what announced, I would have never booked that aparthotel. Price should be divided for what it is. - Property was rated 10.0 when I booked after it just got listed in September. Now the property is at a mere 6.4 in January (just well deserved). The first reviews were probably fakes from owner and friends, as it happens with some Amazon vendors, to trick first customers and increase sales. It did not worked very long though (01 rating drop per month). - This place will not stay listed long on booking.com I guess, and will likely get out of business fast if they do not advertise the correct room size (12 m2 maybe?) and adjust their rate accordingly. - I came back to booking.com reviews as I could not believe what I got is what I booked and I saw the owner was treating another customer of liar for reporting exactly the same thing as me for having similar experience after booking on booking.com. Not acceptable in my opinion: owner, please accept the truth, do not insult your customers and change your business practice.

Estivemos 4 noites, sem qualquer apoio de limpeza, mudança de toalhas, de consumiveis de hihiene e banho, mudança de lixo . O ar condicionado faz muito barulho permanentemente quando está a mais de 21 graus. Cobraram por mais uma pessoa que ficou no sofá cama que o apartamento já tinha e que para abrir obrigou a que o quarto ficasse sem quslquer espaço de circulação e habitabilidade. A porta da casa de banho estava a empenada e obrigava a um grande esforço para abrir e fechar. A assistência foi sempre por troca de mensagens evitando e adiando qualquer intervenção correctiva. Em resumo, a unica mais valia foi a localização, e como tal o preço desproporcional e exagerado.

1-Zemin kat;ilanda belirtilmemişti ödemeyi aldıktan sonra bu bilgi verildi. 2-Yatak odasında pencere yok karanlık oda. 3-Oturma odası camlar filmli; daire bunaltıcı şekilde kapalı. 4-Yatak odası havalandırma altında duvar tadilat yapılmış ama boya tamamlanmamış;metruk. 5-Çalışan kimseyi görmedik; telefon ile ulaşmakta mümkün olmadı. 6-Mesaj ile uçuş bilgilerimiz istenildi sonra giriş çıkış saatleri bildirildi.Kiralama yaptığım gün giriş saatim 19:00 uçuşumun olduğu gün çıkış saatim 10:00 olarak defalaraca mesajla uyarıldım.Benden ödemeyi gün üzerinden aldıkları halde giriş çıkış saatlerini yakın tuttular taciz edercesine mesaj gönderdiler. 7-Ek yatak diye ;kırık bir çek yat var idi ve maalesef durumu kullanıma uygun değildi. 8- Banyo ve tuvalet çok küçük ve havalandırma yok. Sonuç;büyük bir hayalkırıklığı ve kandırılmışlık hissi. Bir daha bu tip bir kiralama yapmama kararı aldım ailemi mutsuz etmemek adına orada iken bu konu ile uğraşmadım; olabildiğince geç gelip erken çıkmaya çalıştım ama bu beni cidden çok yordu ve tatilde gerildim. Anladım ki sitenizde ilanı olan bu yerleri gidip gören ve değerlendiren herhangi bir kimse yok.Sadece olumsuz müşteri deneyimleri sizin arşivinizde,bu büyük bir problem ve güvensizlik sebebi.

Teleurgesteld, terwijl de eerste keer was geweldig.

Ik heb de superieur kamer gereserveerd en betaald maar niet gekregen omdat deze al was verhuurd. Kamer nummer 3. We kregen een studio, met uitzicht op een klein dakterras met de vuilnis van andere gasten . De kamer studio was het bed niet verschoond terwijl zij het niet wilde verschonen. Dus mijn vriendin van 80 jaar heb ik ondergebracht in een ander hotel. Het was zeer onvriendelijk hoe wij te woord werden gezet.

Das Ankommen war etwas umständlich. Falsche Hausnummer (nebenhaus) und ein paar übersetzungsfehler, aber es konnte schnell gelöst werden. Schade war, dass wir das Angebot für Late checkout so spät erhalten haben, dass wir es nicht mehr vereinbaren konnten. Hätten wir angenommen. Die Couch war nicht ausgefaltet, was uns zuerst dazu führte, dass wir dachten nur ein Bett zu haben. Wir haben es geschafft, aber es war etwas unnötig kompliziert und wurde nicht kommuniziert.

Frábær staðsetning,lítið og kósý stúdíó. Snyrtilegt,nýuppgert og nýtískulegt. Gott og líflegt hverfi. Friðsælt hverfi allt til alls í næsta nágrenni.

Rúmið var aðeins of hart og það var mjög hljóðbært fram á stigaganginum. Það hefði verið gott að þurfa ekki að hlusta á nágranna hlaupa upp og niður stigann langt fram á nóttina.

Pas de réception sur place donc, il faut insisté pour joindre une personne au téléphone, l’odeur du produit d’entretien type javel est très forte et laisse une odeur prenante et désagréable dans l’appartement, le fauteuil du séjour est abimé et la mousse des coussins sont apparent, et pour finir l’appartement 1 étant au rez-de-chaussée attenant à la porte d’entrée principale à chaque aller et venues des occupants du bâtiment vous vivez le tremblement de la porte à l’intérieur de l’appartement HORRIBLE ! Heureusement que je suis resté qu’une nuit, je ne souhaite à personne de vivre une expérience pareille 😡

Localisation.

Sur l’annonce il était indiqué appartement avec cuisinette et sofa. Mais il fallait se rendre à un 2 ieme point pour voir que c’est un pièce de moins de 11m2. Pour accéder à la salle de bain il faut entrer dans la douche afin d’acceder à la toilette et au lavabo. C’était un appartement neuf avec des débris de construction encore à l’intérieur.
