The apartment is beautiful and a really good size (2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a bright & beautiful open kitchen/dining/living area) and the location is great. Easy walking distance to the Louvre, Marais, Notre Dame, Gare Du Nord, Musée D’orsay… there’s a bus nearby that takes you directly to the Eiffel Tower too. We were only in Paris for one night so staying somewhere so central helped us make the very most out of a short stay! There are lots of cute cafes and restaurants within easy reach of the apartment too. We were so happy also that there’s an elevator in the building which made it much easier with the pram and luggage etc.

La ubicación. A un paso del Louvre y del palais Royal. Muy cerca de Opera Garnier, Grand Palais, Notre Dame, Sainte Chapelle o el Panteón, donde se puede ir andando dando un agradable paseo. Zona muy segura! El apartamento. Ubicado en la cuarta planta de un precioso edificio, es casi todo exterior. Buen aislamiento y completamente equipado! No le falta un solo detalle. Decorado de forma exquisita, resulta muy cómoda y funcional ( en nuestro caso somos una familia de cuatro). Comunicación con el propietario. Resuelve todas las dudas respondiendo muy rápido!

En nuestro caso no supuso ningún problema, pero comento mis dos preocupaciones antes de llegar. Climatización. El apartamento tiene calefacción, pero no aire acondicionado. Hay unos pequeños ventiladores en cada estancia. Nosotros nos hemos alojado justo la semana siguiente a la de la ola de calor de final de mayo y hemos tenido la suerte de contar con un tiempo privilegiado. El apartamento está en esquina y abriendo varias ventanas corría una agradable brisa. Pero probablemente con temperaturas altas, la estancia no hubiera sido tan agradable. Recogida de llaves. Leyendo comentarios de otros visitantes, me preocupaba la recogida de llaves. Indicar que el propietario manda toda la información unas horas antes de llegar. Hay que ir a un local que está en una calle contigua al apartamento, a unos 50 metros. Entrando, al fondo a la derecha hay una especie de locker donde metiendo el codigo se abre un compartimento donde están las llaves. Básicamente, es como recoger un paquete de Amazon. Es cierto, que no es la forma más cómoda, pero al final compensa.

We stayed in this apartment as a family of 4. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and a good size bathroom, taking a shower after a long day of sightseeing was very pleasurable. The apartment also had everything we needed in the kitchen, and a smart TV. The location suited our needs perfectly. We enjoyed our breakfasts in the living room area, of course with baugettes and croissants we bought from the bakery in the corner of the same street :)

We liked everything about the apartment! One thing to be careful though regarding picking up the keys, the instructions did not smoothly work in our case, the old couple in the given address did not know what we were asking them about. We had to wait for some other lady to point us to the locker where our keys are. The instructions need to be improved, I'd recommend double checking with the owner to make sure you have a smooth entrance.
