Exceptional apartment of 130 m2 , duplex, in a XVII s building, 2nd and 3rd floor, quiet and very clear, in the pedestrian area of Montorgueil, close to the Louvre museum, the Beaubourg museum, the Parc Royal's garden and the Tuileries's garden. Very lively area with lots of shops and restaurants. 3 bedrooms, 1king's bed, 1 queen's bed in mezzanine, 2 singles beds, 1 sofa bed in the living room. TV and internet wireless. Direct access to Roissy and Orly airports (RER). Close to metro stations (Sentier/Reaumur-Sebastopol/ Etienne Marcel).Transportation: RER A, B, D (Châtelet Les Halles), Lines 1, 3, 4, 7, 11, 14.

Wonderful apartment with lovely sunlight and artistic collections throughout. Rooms were spacious, but you need to be able to handle stairs well as two long flights of stairs to get to the apartment and another for the bedrooms! Antoine very responsive host.

Antoine's apartment was perfect for our needs! Great space and plenty of it. Everything we needed and in an amazing neighborhood just steps away from 2 different metros that took us anywhere we wanted to go! Antoine was helpful and very kind. We would rent his apartment again in a heartbeat!!

Great location!! Close to everything either walking or metro. Owner works from den on top floor located by bedrooms - we found it uncomfortable. - even though he also has a separate entrance. Toilet on top floor closed off when owner in den which was very inconvenient. We are not use to owners showing up three or four times a stay. Owner is very nice.
