Some construction noise but was not a big problem

The location of this spot was absolutely *perfect* for us. A very short walk to the Louvre and river. Montmartre is around 45 mins on foot depending on your route. The Eiffel Tower more like 1hr but you can walk along the river and pass many, many beautiful sights and buildings on your way. The best coffee and cookies of our lives at Terres de Café around the corner. Plenty of lovely shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood. 
I saw before we came that people claim the pics are misleading but the details on number of beds are straightforward and if you look at the pictures, you can figure out what’s what, especially given the square footage. I guess the mistake would be staying as a family. We were a group of four friends and found it perfectly serviceable for us, especially given the location and what we paid. Finally, our host was very kind and communicative, even allowing us a late checkout on our departure day as our flight wasn’t until late afternoon. 
All in all, I would book again and we had the most magical time in Paris – despite the relentless rain!

A few small things we would advise looking into: adding another mirror would be very helpful as there is only one in the bathroom, which made getting ready a little tricky. The bathroom could also do with an extra-careful eye when cleaning and perhaps a little more toilet roll provided as we had to stock up halfway through.
