Lovely happy stay.after a third stay it is beginning to almost feel like on

This was my third stay at Jardin St Honoré, the location is near perfect near a main metro station.A spacious light filled space with modern updates on a small side street.A stone throw from the Louvre one can walk to many other attractions easily,Near many restaurants,cafes,florists and food vendors .

The missing element is an elevator,but this is balanced by great water pressure and temperature.Tiny winding stairs but a single spacious apartment on each floor. Things are a give and take.

The apartment is over our expectation. The location is 10 out 10. It close to ecerywhere by walking distance. There are so many restaurents, cafes, supermarks. Anatole is super helpful through beginning to the end of our stay. Great and efficient communication. The whole experience for our stay is over the top. We will definitely come back.

Beautiful location next to the Louvre, shops, cafes and stores and at the same time quiet!

We contacted the owner upon arrival of the location and he was there within a few minutes to show us the apartment and hand over the keys. He was very friendly and professional. Anytime we had a question he responded within minutes.

Great stay in central Paris location.

Clean, comfortable, well-appointed apartment in a great location in Paris. Host was friendly, helpful, and readily available.

As noted in other comments, it's a climb (roughly 96 steps) to the apartment. We knew that going in, packed (relatively) light, and the host generously helped carry the luggage up. He jokingly called it the Paris gym. We didn't mind since we ate our way through Paris, and could use the exercise. Those with heavy luggage or difficulties with stairs should be advised. Also, the A/C is not in the bedroom so the door needs to be left open at night to cool.

This was a wonderful apartment in which to stay while visiting the City of Lights.

The apartment has large windows which makes it light and airy. It was very clean and the furnishings were very clean. The toilet is in a separate room and has its own little sink which is nice when someone else wants to take a shower. The bed is very large and comfortable as is the sofa bed. There is plenty of hot water and a drying rack. The apartment is air conditioned. There are plates, glasses and silverware but not much in the way of cooking utensils, but who does much actual cooking when visiting Paris! The table and chairs were great for eating a quick breakfast purchased from the nearby grocery store or Pret a Manger. Anatole sent a list of nearby stores that was very handy. The location is close to Metro and RER transportation.

It would have been nice to have had a map of Paris or the metro system in the apartment. Our apartment was on the fifth floor which is a considerable number of steps. It was entirely worth it, but maybe next time I will request an apartment on the 3rd floor.

Three days in Paris

Location was great! Convenient to everything in Paris. Property host Anatole was very kind. The apartment was clean and compact. Shower with separate toilet. Kitchenette, rear patio and two beds. Living room window looks out to the street with tons of action and nightlife.

Location & amenity great, food & transport is amazing!

The host Antoine was available to take my phone call and 'buzz' me in even though we arrived quite late in the evening - 23:00! Communication overall was excellent. Sensible layout of rooms, in very good condition - either recent renovation or excellent upkeep. Facilities in kitchen were good - complimentary macarons & champagne. Bed & sofa-bed are comfortable - we slept very well. AirCon worked really well during mini Paris heatwave. Luggage lockers in foyer are a great feature with zero contact, quick access, complete security. Four minutes walk to Les Halles for Metro & RER, shopping, just a few minutes walk to Notre Dame, Pompidou Centre, Louvre, and few minutes more to Jardin de Tuileries, Champs Elysees. Definitely stay again next trip.

Toilet door absolutely needs lubricant on hinges, and some sound cushioning/deadening on the door frame - impossible to use the toilet late at night or early in the morning without making a racket! Be ready for stairs - steep but wooden, sturdy and secure. Some options for pillows would be nice - whilst plentiful and fresh, they were a little soft for our liking. This is definitely an inner city/high density location, so there is some street noise, but with windows shut it wasn't a problem for us.

We really enjoyed our stay there.

This apartment was lovely! Extremely clean (yay!) and very comfortable. The location is in the 1st arrondissement and close to so many "must see" spots in Paris. Yet..the street it's on is quiet. Having a toilet/sink room and another sink/shower room was very helpful for 3 people. The owner was responsive and so easy to work with. I'd highly recommend it. It is 5 flights up...be aware as there's no lift. Still, I'd stay there again.

The only issue at all was the sound of neighbors above us. We only heard them in the morning, and it was just normal walking around. No one in the building was "loud."

Very nice place, friendly staff and excellent location

The apartment we had was on the first floor. It has a small airy open area next to the bedroom which you may have breakfast and coffee there. Room is clean and proper equipped with cooking utensils. Staff is friendly and helpful. Service is quite prompt as they are nearby the premise. There are plenty of good eateries within 200 meters. Metro is about 7 minutes walk. Supermarket and laundry shop are 3mins away.

The only drawback is the building has no elevator. We got the first floor which is not too bad but still a job to haul our large luggages one story up. Suggest to book the first or second floor units if bring along a lot of luggages.

Beautiful, as advertised. Great location and neighborhood. Close to metro and the Louvre. Loved having an apartment.

It’s a walk up, so choose your floor with that in mind. No elevators. Carry up your luggage. Would have been nice to have a code to get in so that you don’t have to coordinate a meeting time, but the staff was prompt and friendly.

Apartment at Level 3

The accessibility to the various metro stations and grocery stores, as well as the facilities e.g., bedroom, sofa bed, iron and kitchenette were the main reasons for selecting this apartment. Reasonable amount of space for a family of three. These met my expectations. There is a laundromat round the corner too. I like that the area is lively with many people hanging out at the cafes till night time (during summer). Anatole was in constant communication with me prior to my arrival. Check-in and check-out were done with ease.

Nothing unexpected as this was clearly mentioned in the description to the accommodation - there is no elevator hence do keep your baggage(s) small and light where possible, especially if your apartment is beyond level 2.

The owner warned us about the steps but walking up six flights of stairs was a lot - but it kept us in shape.
