Habitat Parisien - Bourse Feydeau

Very spacious apt with everything you'd need in the kitchen. Appreciated having a dishwasher and washing machine. The terrace was wonderful with partial view of the Eiffel Tower, even better to watch the twinkling at night (actually two terraces as there's also one in the bedroom). Several restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Two nearby metro stations, one about 3 minutes, the other 6-7. The RER B train was a 20 minute walk with direct trains to the CDG. It was easier to walk 20 min vs 2 metro stops to get there, especially with luggage and no escalators at some metro stations. Uber can't be counted on in the early am.

Honestly, nothing I can think of.

Really clean and a lot of space. Terrace was lovely. Location was perfect!

Everything was great!

Ha sido una estancia maravillosa, el apartamento es tal cual muestran las fotos, con todas las comodidades. La limpieza y ubicación excepcionales. Gracias por todo!

The decor and the general vibe of the property was lovely. Very relaxing place to stay a little out of all the chaos with good food places nearby. The bed in particular was lovely, very big and comfortable with a dark room so we had great sleeps while here. The kitchen was well stocked with supermarkets close by, likewise train stations were a short walk away.

What really spoiled our stay is that the radiator in the bedroom couldn’t be turned off. The weather was really hot for the few days we were there and trying to get to sleep in an already hot bedroom with a radiator pumping out heat was terrible. I was in contact with the staff and they apparently sent someone round both days while we were out but nothing changed each time. I’d have to spend an hour or so in the booking app each morning explaining the problem and how it hadn’t changed. They kept telling me just to turn the radiator down as if I didn’t know how radiators worked. It was already completely off but had no impact. Despite someone apparently coming in, it didn’t change for our entire stay. Secondly, we found multiple shards of broken glass in the big rug in the living area. We have a 10 month old baby who was crawling around and I luckily noticed them before she got hurt. It makes me seriously wonder when the last time that rug was properly cleaned. Like I said, luckily she wasn’t hurt, but it could’ve been so much worse.
