Habitat Parisien - Bourse Feydeau

This was a last-minute urgent booking that turned out to be a great success. Huge old Parisian apartment, very spacious, each bedroom with its own shower and toilets, great common area (living room and kitchen) which I wish we could use more. Location was also great, both for walking and for using the Metro. Everything was clean, beddings were good, beds were huge and very comfortable. Kitchen amenities were also nice and can suit a family who wishes to eat in every once in a while. Overall great experience.

Parking requires the use of Paris expensive parking lots, and the living room TV is a bit small but nothing serious. We still enjoyed it very much

The decor and the general vibe of the property was lovely. Very relaxing place to stay a little out of all the chaos with good food places nearby. The bed in particular was lovely, very big and comfortable with a dark room so we had great sleeps while here. The kitchen was well stocked with supermarkets close by, likewise train stations were a short walk away.

What really spoiled our stay is that the radiator in the bedroom couldn’t be turned off. The weather was really hot for the few days we were there and trying to get to sleep in an already hot bedroom with a radiator pumping out heat was terrible. I was in contact with the staff and they apparently sent someone round both days while we were out but nothing changed each time. I’d have to spend an hour or so in the booking app each morning explaining the problem and how it hadn’t changed. They kept telling me just to turn the radiator down as if I didn’t know how radiators worked. It was already completely off but had no impact. Despite someone apparently coming in, it didn’t change for our entire stay. Secondly, we found multiple shards of broken glass in the big rug in the living area. We have a 10 month old baby who was crawling around and I luckily noticed them before she got hurt. It makes me seriously wonder when the last time that rug was properly cleaned. Like I said, luckily she wasn’t hurt, but it could’ve been so much worse.
