Room very small for 2 people. Probably wouldn’t recommend if more than one suitcase, however we made do and it was ok to just get changed one at a time/pack our things with one person out of the room :)

Good city centre location.

Location. Easy to access with codes. Secure and safe. Clean. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Perfectly adequate cooking facilities. Fridge. Clean towels/linen/loo paper provided.

No instructions in the room for the electric radiator. Had to source basic instructions online. The radiator control panel was awkward to physically and visually access.

Great room at an exceptional location!

The appartments are located within one minute walking from the Louvre, location is exceptional and the entry is straightforward. For a couple with backpacks is more than adequate. There were towels and cutlery, and a good heating panel. Shower was good, hot water all the time. Easily accessible with metro, RER, or bus. Great customer service, would book again.

One small problem was the window, given the fact we visited at the end of November, the old wooden window was letting in a lot of cold air in. Maybe some insulation of the window would make the room just perfect. Everything else was just great.

Lovely chic apartment in a gorgeous location

The property location was very close to the Louvre, instructions were clear on how to get in. Cute little apartment with nice street view, had everything we needed for a short stay.

It suited me fine but it is a very small place so if anyone needs more space maybe not the best place. Also fine with me as I was aware that there was no front desk as such before hand but another group arrived as we were leaving with no where to put their bags etc

Comfortable stay at a perfect location.

Perfect location, the room was fully equipped, small but cozy and comfortable. There was everything we needed - towels, soaps, shampoo, coffee maker with capsules, kettle... The communication was excellent.

The soappy smell in the room was too much. The shower door was broken, so we couldn’t use it, but it was well communicated with the client service.

Close to certain tourist traps

-Don’t expect to sleep much with the terrible pillows the size of small cushions and the church across the street with the bells going off at random times. Asked for extra pillows and was told was not allowed any extra.

Great location, comfortable bed, clean and nicely decorated. Nice building. Easy check in and check out. Nice little balcony to look outside.

First, they didn’t have our room ready at 3 so they made us wait around with our bags for 2 hours. I had to pay to store our bags in a store about a 10 min walk away so that was very inconvenient. They don’t provide luggage storage nor paid for it since it was their fault to not have our room ready at the time they said check in was. When I booked I knew they didn’t provide luggage storage but I planned my arrival to get there at check in time. Maybe they should provide storage for luggage just in case this happens . The room is super super small. We didn’t have much space with our bags and stuff laying around. I kept hitting my head with things because we couldn’t move around. Other than that it was a very nice place to stay!

Overpriced and uncomfortable stay. The room was hot, noisy, and poorly ventilated.

The location was convenient and the check-in process was easy. The bed linens and towels were clean.

The room was extremely hot and airless even though the weather outside was cool. The only ventilation was a loud mechanical ventilator that ran constantly and made it difficult to sleep. When the bathroom in the next room was used, loud plumbing noises came through the wall right next to the bed. The soap dispenser in the shower didn’t work, and after the technician visit there was visible dust on the bed from the ventilator. This felt more like a closed capsule than an actual hotel room. I reported the problems during my stay but they were never resolved.

Excellent - absolutely no faults during our stay we loved it!

The location was absolutely fantastic. Everything was walkable for what we wanted to see - just across from the Louvre and 15 minute walk to the Champs Elysees. Lots of gorgeous little bars and restaurants all around this property. It was very easy to access with the door codes that are sent by email. The room itself was small, but we didn’t mind this at all as it was just a place for us to sleep and get ready in the mornings. The room was very clean, it had all cooking facilities you would need, a nice strong shower and a lovely little balcony looking over the street below. The bed was super comfy, good wifi connection and a tv at the end of the bed.

The only thing is that the room was quite hot as we were there during a heatwave and the ceiling fan didn’t cool the room very much. Not a huge issue and wouldn’t put me off coming back to stay here - we loved it!

Great location, everything we needed for a night in Paris to lay our heads. Buffet breakfast delivered to our door this morning was good: bread; butter; croissants; jam; nectarines; tea; coffee; juice.

Apartment buildings surrounding the small atrium. Private and office spaces are mixed in. The hotel is just two floors of Unit A. After checking in on the first day, I was disturbed by the laughter and chatter in a room. Several men and a woman were chatting loudly from the afternoon until late at night. At nearly 11 p.m. , they were still playing music at a huge volume. The small atrium has the function of echoing and amplifying. I was very tired, but I couldn't fall asleep. The next day, just a few minutes after back to my room, the window glass next door was suddenly smashed. It was really thrilling. In view of the security situation in Paris, I was nervously prepared to call the police. I will never book such a hotel again.

Not many negative things to say about this property. The only thing I will say, however, is the water temperature in the shower. I was unable to regulate the temperature and the water was scorching hot. I tried everything but was not successful. I couldn’t take a full shower because of this issue. Luckily I only stayed here 2 days.

La habitación era tal cual la publicación. Si bien en París todas las habitaciones son pequeñas ésta era lo bastante amplia y cómoda como queríamos. El baño amplio y cómodo. La cama increíblemente cómoda. Todas las indicaciones que nos dieron para ingresar eran exactas y a tiempo. Sin dudas lo recomendamos.

La gente que trabaja en la primera planta es muy maleducada, no nos limpiaron la habitación en los 4 días ni nos cambiaron las toallas.
