The location is perfect if you're looking to be in the middle of fashion boutiques and 3 min walk form Louvre. Though it is not the cosiest part of Paris. The apartment was nice and evidently refurbished, though kept "old Parisien" charm. The windows looking into the inner yard (so quite in the morning). Very good modern bathroom.
Didn't find washing machine to do the laundry. There's no table (except for high one where you can eat standing) in the kitchen, but that's not really important, hardly someone will decide cook full-meal dinner being in the heart of Paris. The elevator didn't work, so had to drag the suitcases 2 floors up. However, this is the building maintenance issue.

Cleanliness. Broken safe. Both bathroom sinks were blocked. Mattress was a little too soft.
