La Villa du Louvre

The apartment was so cute in the center of the courtyard. Loved having the kitchen and extra space. Steps from the Louvre, making it easy to get there early.

The cooking fan didn’t work and the main air unit in the apartment pushes out hot air. The staff was amazing, bringing us an extra fan, however it still stayed pretty hot, even at night. The apartment was cozy, but I’m glad we left before the heatwave!

Unique ground-floor self-contained apartment enclosed by surrounding tall apartments on all sides with gated locked entrance and very secure. Right on Rue de Rivoli and opposite The Louvre. Washing machine, cooking facilities, refrigerator etc. Quite unique property and a great base from which to explore central Paris.

Needs a small functioning air conditioner. Nights were quite hot. Early morning rubbish bin noise, but surprising quiet otherwise.

Really good location

The bed was comfortable and the unit was clean.

It was smaller than expected and not in an apartment building, but in the courtyard. There are trash bins in each side where people would drop bags of trash and bottles and It was very noisy in the mornings. There were no light bulbs in the lights at the front door, so it was very dark and difficult to see at night to get in the door. The soap and shampoo dispensers were empty and they left two small packets of soap for two people for four days. There was a coffee maker and I went and bought pods but they did not fit it, so I gave up on coffee. Never saw any staff or had staff come by.
