The location was perfect for planning walks and exploring the city. Check-in and check-out were on time, with clear and precise instructions. Despite being in the tourist centre, the apartment was quiet and peaceful, which was a real plus. The apartment had everything we needed, and the rooms were clean.
Everything was great, and we didn’t notice any disadvantages.

The location to attractions in Paris' downtown core is unmatched. The train is literally across the street, next to the gardens and the Louvre. To my knowledge, there is no comparable room available at this price anywhere in Paris. It should be noted that the owner is very responsive with clear instructions and suggestions. I would certainly stay there again and have already recommended it to friends. The courtyard is also very quiet and very safe.
While it wasn't an issue for us, the size of the room is compact. Potential visitors should clarify the size of the room before confirming their stay.

Location is perfect. The host is perfect.
There is no air condition. Yes, they don’t write, that there is. And no mosquito net on the windows. In july, it is extremly hot, and we coudn’t sleep.
