The location was perfect, the view breathtaking. This is a gem. The breakfast was amazing, way more than we expected.

If the door doesn’t close all the way, an alarm sounds from the locking mechanism to tell you to close the door. This is not terrible, I was at worst mildly annoyed (but it did indeed let me know I hadn't closed the door all the way, so it helped). I only list this to not leave an empty box

Such a comfortable, cozy, pretty, and nice place to stay. The bed and sheets felt so luxurious. The design of the room was new and modern looking, along with the fixtures. The breakfast spread is incredible and comforting, and you can order an omelet. We had a really positive experience staying here. Highly recommend

Large room with a large shower. King size bed. Beautifully decorated with a stunning view of the landscape. Excellent breakfast with plenty of options from savory to sweet. And they served freshly made omelets or scrambled eggs. We got the omelets and it was delicious. We were very full which held us over until our late lunch. The coffee was also made to order. It was also walking distance from a little store and several restaurants. We would definitely stay here again when visiting. One of the best hotels in Greece for us.

The perfect mix of rustic charm and modern comfort

I absolutely loved my stay at this guesthouse! It has the perfect mix of rustic charm and modern comfort, which makes it feel both cozy and stylish. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the room was super comfortable. The location is fantastic, very close to Kastraki center, where many nice greek tavernas can be found. From outside the property and even from some of the rooms facing the back, we can see four Meteora monasteries perched on the rocks, which is absolutely breathtaking. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy the peaceful beauty of the area. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always making sure guests have everything they need. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of variety and eggs freshly made to your liking. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and beautifully kept guesthouse with amazing views of Meteora.

A little gem in Meteora

The location is right in the foot hills of the rock formation and gives a fantastic view of the area, especially in the evening. The room exceeded my expectations including breakfast - the hosts were amazingly nice and helpful. Definitely recommend and I will be back!

Great stop for visiting the monasteries

Very pretty and comfortable guest house in the middle of Kastraki. Great location to visit the Météores and close to lots of nice restos. Bedding is super comfortable and bathrooms were luxurious. Great checkin instructions. Really nice breakfast.

Very compact well designed & nicely appointed 2 level apartment with excellant views

Excellent location, beautiful views; lovely hosts - very accommodating Easy parking; Mones breakfast was the best we had during our 3 week trip! Very close to a variety of resturants. We will stay at Mones again should we visit Meteora in the future!

Minimal area for storing clothing, especially in the bedroom which is in a loft upstairs. It would be nice to have an additional baggage stand as room is scarce / minimal downstairs. The platform bed was a challenge to navigate

“Perfect 10”

Amazing stay! The guesthouse is new, clean, and very comfortable. Stunning view of the Meteora cliffs from the room. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and gave us tips about local attractions. Great location, just a short drive from the monasteries. Delicious, high-quality breakfast. Perfect for couples and families. Highly recommended!

Stunning, comfortable hotel in walking distance to town, but on a quiet street with gorgeous views

Monés is a gorgeous hotel in the heart of Kastraki/Meteoria. Our room and the bathroom were very comfortable and spacious with the most stunning view of the monasteries from our windows. This entire hotel is well done and high quality. We especially loved the gorgeous, large bathroom and shower. The breakfast in the morning was excellent! The host was very responsive and helpful. We didn't want to leave!

We were so happy we chose to stay at Mones!

We loved the location and proximity to Meteora. Our tour picked us up right from the Guesthouse. For our evenings it was either a short walk to the center of Kastraki or a quick drive to Kalabaka. We would definitely stay here again if we ever have the chance to return to Meteora.

Das Unterkunft war sehr schön und ein toller Ausgangspunkt um die Region zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto zu erkunden. Obwohl wir mehrere Stunden vor dem eigentlichen CheckIn vor Ort waren, sind wir sehr freundlich empfangen worden und konnten nach wenigen Minuten unser Zimmer beziehen.
