An unfortunate experience marked by inflexibility and an inappropriate public response to guest feed

The location is convenient for visiting Meteora.

The reservation was accidentally booked for the wrong dates and I contacted the property and Booking.com in advance to request cancellation. The request was refused, and when I later left a factual review describing my experience, the property owner replied publicly with aggressive and intimidating language, including a threat of legal action. This response was unprofessional and concerning.

Beds were quite awful, very bad and old. No coffee available in room.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Gogos in Meteora. Everything was fantastic: the hotel was spotlessly clean, the food was delicious, and the host was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect with breathtaking views of the Meteora rocks. I highly recommend it!

You won't regret staying here!

The room was very clean and also very warm, despite it lacking an AC unit. The mattresses, pillows and blankets were also very comfortable! We asked for an extra warm blanket & they instantly provided us with it! Breakfast was more than fair for the asking price. Overall, I'd say it's worth staying there! It's also very right on the main road that leads to the numerous Meteora monasteries! Loads of taverns near it as well as a couple of general grocery stores right next to it and right across the street!

Easy parking. Big Bed comfortable...heating worked well..

Very dated decor. tiny shower but good water pressure. no access to ice. No complimentary water in the fridge. Only one broken chair on the balcony facing the street. Dogs barking all night..

Nice hotel with convenient location, hospital staff and pleasant view

The attitude of staff was exceptional 👌George has provided us with all info about monasteries that we needed, and in general he was very helpful and friendly. Location of hotel is perfect for tourism 👍

Stunning location by the Meteora rocks. Great hotel, very friendly and helpful owner's. Language barrier overcome with Google Lens Translate. Loved the hotel. Plus great restaurants within 200 metres walk.

Clean and comfortable stay in great location.

The cleanest room we have seen in a very long time. Spotless! The hosts were amazing, they even gave us some sweets when we departed and made sure we were comfortable. In Kastraki which is 5 mins from Meteora. Great money for value! The room was warm and the beds were super comfortable! Thank you!

Everything was great, nothing that we did not like. We hope to visit again soon in another season as the oplace is magnificent.

Warm welcome. Super location almost under the rocks at Meteora, with a good view of the rocks from our balcony (and all the other balconies too)

Ik zou dit hotel aanraden bij een bezoek aan meteora. We verbleven er twee nachten. De ligging is ideaal, parking bij het hotel, de kamer en badkamer was brandschoon, de kamer had een balkon, heel vriendelijk personeel. Het hotel op zich is een mooi authentiek gebouw.

Tertemiz, sessiz, huzurlu bir ortamı vardı. Karşılama son derece sıcak ve dostça. Gereken tüm bilgiler veriliyor. Yürüme mesafesinde harika restoranlar ve acil ihtiyaçlarınızı karşılayacak alışveriş olanakları var. Otel ev ortamı gibi hissettiriyor. Kahvaltıda kendinizi özel hissediyorsunuz. Özel otoparkı da var. Aileniz ya da grubunuzla Meteora’da çok mutlu olabileceğiniz bir otel.

Hôtel familial, hote accueillant donnant des conseils pour les visites. Chambre très propre et bien équipée y compris table et chaises pour prendre le frais sur le balcon. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié . Très bien situé, on peut aller aux monastères à pied en 1/2 h

Gracias Giorgos por tú ayuda con las recomendaciones y la agilidad para hacer el check in. Además la ubicación es excelente para ver todos los monasterios. Recomiendo comer en una taverna ubicada a la entrada de Kalambaka, en la carretera principal.

Εξαιρετική Τοποθεσία και Σχέση Ποιότητας - Τιμής

Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται στο Καστράκι και παρέχει άμεση πρόσβαση τόσο στα Μετέωρα όσο και σε πολλά εστιατόρια στη γύρω περιοχή. Επίσης είναι πολύ κοντά στη Καλαμπάκα για όσους επιθυμούν περισσότερες επιλογές. Το δωμάτιο μας ήταν πεντακάθαρο, ευρύχωρο και διέθετε μικρό ψυγείο για τη διευκόλυνση της διαμονής μας. Επιπλέον παρέχεται δωρεάν χώρος στάθμευσης στο ξενοδοχείο. Το σημαντικότερο όλων όμως ήταν η ευγένεια εκ μέρους ολόκληρης της οικογένειας που διαχειρίζεται το κατάλυμμα και η παροχή χρήσιμων πληροφοριών που διευκόλυναν τη διαμονή μας.

Το κατάλυμα παρείχε όλα όσα περίμενα κατά την κράτηση.

Es war alles so düster,hellere Räume sind angenehmer.wir hätten gerne drin gefrühstückt, (wir haben uns Sache vom Bäcker geholt),war aber nicht möglich. Also auf dem kalten Balkon
