I am going to give the maximum rating because of my experience, this place deserves a great rating because of the great vibes! There are things that could have been better but it's not the fault of the place (more of the fellow travellers) the kitchen door was left open and the food smell was quite strong in my room that was close to the kitchen (there are doors that could have been closed, so, that's why I'm not lowering the rating: if you are sensitive mention this when booking and there are upstairs rooms as well) there was Aircon in the room and staff was very helpful when we asked it to be on. The beds are comfortable and the place has a great location: right on the paths for all Meteoras! Staff is exceptionally nice (especially Vanda 💖) I'd highly recommend this place because of the great vibes + location. Overall the decor could well be improved BUT for this price, it's definitely a bargain not to be missed!the staff is very helpful and accommodating, so just ask them (before arrival/ booking and when you are there) they've given me great tips on transport as well which made my journey so much easier. Everything is very close, walking distance (especially for hikers) great place for solo female travellers! I'd highly recommend!

Great Location (right by the meteora, kastraki and kalabaka city centre), Very Friendly Volunteers, Clean Rooms, Free towels and Big Kitchen, with all the facilities you need!
PLEASE! get rid of that glowing exit door sign from the room, it’s impossible to sleep in the top bunk facing the door as it shines directly into your eyes the entire night - no matter which way you try to sleep. I could even see the green shining through my eye mask - if it’s needed for safety reasons then please attach the top bunk curtains from the roof! But other than that we had a lovely stay :)

Great Hostel, great location, and Kostas and Nikos are both wonderful! I hope I get to be there and see them again.
