Excellent location, clean accommodation.
Outside lights switched off automatically just after 11pm. Would have preferred this to be later as we enjoy sitting outside in the evenings reading etc.

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet basic expectations. There was no hot water at the sink at all, and while the staff were aware of the issue, it had clearly been neglected rather than repaired. Hot water in the shower was also not available at all times, which was inconvenient even for a short stay.
The room itself was extremely basic and suitable only for sleeping. It had no view, no balcony, and access to a shared refrigerator rather than a private one. Overall, it lacked comfort and amenities.
Thankfully, we stayed only one night, which made the experience manageable, but we would not choose to stay longer or return.
