Very pleasant stay and very good value for money.

The facilities are very nice, the room was warm and clean. They called when we were late to arrive to check if everything was in order and because I’d selected a double bed and there was none available, they helped us make the two singles into a large bed. There was cocoa in the breakfast which I haven’t seen in other hotels. The staff was nice and helpful.

The breakfast could’ve offered warm milk in the breakfast. Other than that, we’re very happy with the experience.

The apartment is comfortable , the staff at the reception is very friendly and professional. She helped us arrange a tour of the monasteries and showed us the walking route to two monasteries. I am very grateful for her care and professionalism. The room was ready by 1:00 p.m., which was very nice. Breakfast was normal, we did not go hungry. In the whole, everything was great.

I would have preferred a shower cabin instead of a bath curtain. There was water on the floor after shower. I missed kettle in the room. Otherwise, I recommend this apartment and I would return here again.

Not Recommended at All!

The location only

Not Recommended at All! Before my stay in this August, I tried calling the hotel multiple times, but no one answered. When we arrived, the reception desk was empty. We had to call out several times until an employee came in from outside. The employee didn't speak any English, and it was very difficult to communicate since he only spoke Greek. I had already paid 128 euros for two nights without breakfast, which is far too expensive for the level of service and accommodations we received. The day before we were leaving, I asked the employee to call a taxi for us, but she told me to ask her colleague in the morning. When I went to do so, I found the employee sleeping on a sofa in the lobby with the main door locked. When he woke up, he still did not help me get a taxi, causing me to be late for the bus to Athens and change all my plans of the day. While the hotel has a good location and a great view of the Meteora mountains, it's far from the standard of communication that tourists expect. This hotel makes a trip more difficult rather than simpler. Tourists already spend five hours on the bus from Athens—the only way to get to the city—only to be further inconvenienced by the hotel's lack of professionalism in making guests feel comfortable. The room was also dirty, with lots of hair and dust on the balcony. The air conditioning was not working, making the room very hot. We were forced to leave the door open just to get some air. Furthermore, there are no cameras in case a customer loses something or something bad happens.

Mattresses are old. Plumbing needed severe encouragement to work..... No shutters on the windows, room was too bright.

Very poor breakfast for vegans. No Soy milk either. The hotel is kinda old...elevator has no interior door and it looks dangerous, especially for children. Expensive for what you get.

Nice hotel.

It was located near the end of the main street, just a 10 min walk from the railway station. I had a balcony with a view of the monasteries and mountains. Easy check in and most of the staff were super nice and helpful.

it was a older hotel, there was a few spots of paint peeling on the walls, floors need to be updated as there’s a lot of scratches and broken tiles. Bathroom was a little smelly.

A very pleasant brake 😊. In the morning you wake up with a wonderful view of Meteora. The staff at the reception and in the dining room are extremely friendly. A big parking place in behind of hotel, perfect!
