We had an exceptional experience starting from the first minute we stepped into the lobby. We were greeted by a receptionist, a very kind lady who provided us with local area maps. The room was cute and cozy. It was updated and looking modern. The next morning we had a good breakfast. The receptionist helped to plan an efficient Meteora tour. The day was simply magnificent. The hotel also provided a recommendation for a nearby tavern, it was delicious.

Great location easy to find. Staff on arrival very helpful, not so when leaving.The argument as to if we’d paid the bill was pretty embarrassing for them. Room was ok good view of the monasteries. Breakfast was ok. No tea or coffee in the room had to use room service. Overall good value for money.Free parking on site, but we used the car park opposite. Plenty of restaurants and bars further up from the hotel.

Excellent location, where you will not going to miss whenever you arrive this new city. Friendly staff will explain everything you need to know about the monastery and give you recommendation based on your permitted time. On the expedia website, they do not mention breakfast, but they provide a variety of food in a buffet breakfast for everyone, free of charge.

Excellent hotel as our base to explore Meteora. It's clean and conveniently located. Free self parking is about 50 meters away. The staff are very friendly. The breakfast has lot of selections. Highly recommend.

I've stayed 1 night and it was comfortable. I was exhausted when I arrived at night and they warmly welcome me and my little 2 sons. It is old fashioned hotel but clean, comfortable and well maintained. Strongly recommend !

Excellent, elegant hotel with beautiful lobby and breakfast areas, a modern elevator, a nicely appointed room with small fridge, a very comfortable queen bed and a very comfortable single bed. Excellent hot and cold breakfast with a variety of eggs, juices, fruits, breads, cereals and coffees, teas. Very helpful and welcoming service. Right in centre of the city and easily walkable to restaurants, shops, parks and services.

Very helpful and kind staff - were nice even to friends who stopped by who were staying in another hotel. Lobby decor is a bit cheesy looking, but it's meant to cater to some clientele, and the couches are comfortable. Excellent location (steps from everything while being just far away enough to be quiet). Highly recommended.

We loved staying at this quirky hotel. The room was clean and modern with comfortable beds. We were on the top floor and had a balcony with amazing views of Meteora, you can see two of the monasteries. The staff were very helpful and gave us advice on how to get to the monasteries independently as we didn't want to take a tour. Breakfast was delicious, the lady who served us was very attentive. The hotel is in a great location, just opposite a hiking trail and close to shops and restaurants. We had a great stay!

I stayed at this hotel to use it as a starting point for my visit to Meteora. The price-performance ratio is unbeatable. The owners run the hotel with a lot of passion and take very good care of their guests. I got help planning my Meteora visit and I was given a lot of tips in general. The room was very well maintained and the breakfast was great too! I will definitely come back next time, thank you very much!
