It was a wonderful experience and I definitely recommend this place.

The view, the scenery and the overall surroundings were just breathtaking. The decor and the atmosphere of the hotel were wonderful. The staff was very helpful and hospitable! The hotel offers a very nice breakfast with delicious local products. In the evening, you can enjoy a nice glass of locally produced wine by the fire. It was an amazing experience!

Dishonest promotion on panoramic view. But good breakfast.

Food was really nice. homemade, the morning staff was very nice and friendly. The breakfast was good.

The view was different from what i booked. There is a very big tree blocking 80% of the view from the window. I booked panoramic...I asked the staff to change my room but they said there is no other room available when the same room type still shows available for sell that night in booking.com

It can be preferred for the good view of Meteora

The hotel’s location and view were quite impressive, and its garden was very stylish, spacious, and aesthetically pleasing. The breakfast was tasty and sufficient. There is parking lot in the hotel’s garden which was nice. The stuff was nice also.

The walls had extremely poor sound insulation. Noise from other guests carried through very clearly, to the point that we could hear conversations, movements, and general activity late into the night as if they were happening inside our own room. This significantly disrupted our sleep and made it difficult to rest. Unfortunately, there was also construction directly in front of the hotel. In the early mornings, construction noise was clearly audible, further affecting our comfort. We hope this construction will be completed as soon as possible. We specifically chose this hotel because it offered a room with a balcony. However, at check-in, we were informed that smoking on the balcony was not allowed, despite the balcony being completely open. This restriction felt unreasonable and was not communicated in advance. As a result, especially in very cold weather, we repeatedly had to get dressed and go down to the garden to smoke. We were not given any clear explanation for this rule, and it negatively impacted our overall experience.

Disappointed (construction of new building adjacent)

The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was WONDERFUL - great variety of local produce and traditional dishes. The location is superb for visiting Meteora with a tremendous view, and a short walk to local services BUT...

There's a MAJOR construction project going on adjacent to the garden which was noisy and seemingly operational from around 7am to after 6pm. As such we were unable to comfortably use the outdoor space (we had deliberately booked a garden room at extra cost). We mentioned this a check out and although staff were apologetic no compensation was offered. The room, particularly the bathroom, was tired and shabby - a great big crack in the wash basin and loose drainage point in the floor. Possibly just bad timing as they plan to upgrade the existing building once the new one has been added, but that in itself is going to impact the view from this hotel, which is one of it's principal selling points

The most beautiful place you can imagine to enjoy Meteora.

Truly spectacular views, wonderful surroundings, beautiful garden, very clean, super-friendly staff. Highly recommended (by a Greco-Dutch couple). Look for the British shorthair cat called "Mitsos". Always looking for food.

Would recommend this hotel if you are not fussed about the look and feel of the room, especially the bathroom.

The location was perfect and the breakfast was exceptional. The staff were all very friendly. The garden and bar area are immaculate.

What a remarkable hotel. The building is exquisite and the staff make you feel at home. Breakfast was one of the very best we’ve had in Greece with a slightly different regional flare, fantastic. Breathtaking View and Warm Hospitality

Our stay at this hotel in Meteora was a true highlight of our trip. The view from our private balcony was stunning – the towering cliffs of Meteora right in front of us, creating a magical and peaceful atmosphere. Rough start, but ultimately good experience

Perfect location off the busy main road of town. Very calm place, panoramic views. Excellent breakfast, comfortable beds

The listing on Booking.com was ambiguous at best. Our reservation said there was a mountain and garden view, but we discovered that meant our level of room MAY have had one or any of those. We had a view of the parking lot and fence. They did move us to a bigger room with awesome view for the 2nd night, so all was well. Ratings below are for better room

Location, cleanliness, and breakfast!

The staff was the most friendly and accommodating..gave us suggestions when asked about directions or shopping. Athena was always there to help us. The rest of the staff was also very helpful and kind! The breakfast was absolutely fantastic! Highly recommend staying here..you won't be disappointed!

There was no kettle or water in the room to welcome guests. That seems like a little thing but buying water from hotel right away was annoying. The beds in our room were quite hard. Drinks are available at the bar but a very pricey. After breakfast the is no access to hot water or coffee.

Would not recommend for the price unless location means everything to you.

Very close to the attractions.

The WiFi in the room was nonexistent. The shower was too small for even an average sized person. I was claustrophobic in it. Bathroom in general was small. Bed was on but not exceptional. Breakfast was good but not exceptional. The price was disproportionate to the quality so you are paying mainly for the location. When asked about a partial refund if we wanted to cancel our second day they refused saying it was two hours to late to ask, even though the hotel was at least half empty.
