Staff wonderful and good parking

Mike helped us to settle into a new room when plumbing failed in first room. Staff were great as was lounge and location. Rooms may benefit from some updating.

Awful place!

Being told by reception there was an underground car park, riding my 350kg motorcycle down the steep ramp to the closed garage door and then discovering they don't actually have a garage. Having to turn the bike around in 22°c heat, sweating and needing help from the receptionist.

Well, it's currently 5.45am. I haven't slept for the last hour or so, as the 4 coaches outside my window are the cause of dozens of Chinese people walking around the hollow landings, talking loudly and presumably being fed breakfast in the 2nd floor restaurant, which is above me. Mould is very prevalent in the bathroom. Everything very basic and old. Definitely not a 4 star hotel, more like 2 at best.

Exceptional

The room was spacious, clean, with almost new furniture and the receptionist was very nice and friendly. When we noticed that the fridge in our room was not working, he offered to change room or keep our food in the reception fridge or other room with key. I appreciated very much his way of going above and beyond to find a solution and make our stay very welcoming.

Ottimo punto di partenza per visitare le Meteore

La posizione, la gentilezza del personale, la disponibilità di un parcheggio e l’ampia stanza. Noi viaggiavamo con una cagnolina che è stata ben accolta

La manutenzione in generale del palazzo , che è un po’ decadente. La pulizia giornaliera della stanza è un po’ superficiale ma abbiamo notato essere una caratteristica di quasi tutte le strutture alberghiere in Grecia

mogelijkheid tot parkeren en mooie inkomhal We vroegen waar we konden dineren, het restaurant achter de hoek was een hele goede tip!

Het hotel was geen 4sterren waard, was gedateerd, de tijd is blijven stilstaan. Wij verheugden ons op het zwembad omwille van de warme dagen, maar was niet in gebruik. Dit stond echter niet vermeld bij Booking ! Grote teleurstelling, want dit was de hoofdreden, waarom we voor dit hotel gekozen hebben. Ontbijtruimte was groot, echter zonder natuurlijk licht, Er stonden 3 bussen op de parking ! Ondanks dat we ruim op tijd, met name om 8u45 in de ontbijtruimte waren, werd er niets aangevuld en/of herschikt. Wij kregen de overschot en de lege plateaus bleven ook staan.

Lamentable

L'endroit. Le petit déjeuner.

L'accueil et le " je m'en foutisme " lors du signalement du problème de piscine fermée non signalée sur booking. Celui-ci indiquait piscine ouverte pour votre séjour. Hors celle-ci est fermée pour la saison . Ce qui est pour moi est inadmissible pour un hôtel soi-disant 4☆. Les matelas qui ont déjà bien vecus et qui ne vous maintiennent plus au centre du lit et le canapé à moitié défoncé. La baignoire anciennement un spa qui ne fonctionne plus à moitié rouillée trous béants. Quand à l'insonorisation n'en parlons même pas.. notre chambre donnait sur l'ascenseur et nous avions l'impression que les gens étaient dans la même pièce que nous. Nous pouvions distinguer clairement ce qui se disait . Imaginer un instant notre intimité !!!.
