A 4 star hotel pretending to be 5 star. It feels like it is owned by private equity.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Great view of Meteora. Place was mostly clean.

Bed was uncomfortable, I woke up sore. You have to pay to use the pool?!?! Expensive!!! It seems to be built to cater to tour groups rather than families, or solo travellers. Most of Meteora felt like this. Shower was in bad shape. They are trying to get as much money out of you with putting very little effort into making it feel worth it.

it was okay

all was okay, clean and tidy. However for 4.5 star hotel you expect much more.

paid hamam, pool and sauna... for 4.5 star hotel... I think that, for the money they charge - it should be 100% included. On top of it sauna was of very... average quality with huge holes around the door, which do not keep the temperature, like it should be and pair of guys who are running after you with the phrase "this for extra charge" really annoying.

Maybe the best place to stay in Meteora with great views and a relaxing spa!

We’ve visited Meteora several times, and we keep coming back to this hotel because, in our opinion, it’s the best in the area. We had rooms with balconies overlooking the cliffs. The views were great. The lobby was cozy and welcoming, with a roaring fireplace (perfect for November) that felt wonderful after a long day hiking the monasteries. The front desk staff were delightful, and both check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. There’s a large, free parking area right outside, and the breakfast was excellent. Overall, this truly is the best place to stay in Meteora.

We missed out on the spa since we forgot our swimsuits. So, definitely worth bringing yours! The rooms were clean and the beds okay, but a bit firm. It does feel like the rooms are due for a refresh soon.

This hotel was passible but a bit bizarre. I wouldn’t recommend it

It was clean

Very barebones and the staff were bored. The sheets didn’t fit over the mattress. And the massage at the spa felt like they were rushing thru and had never been trained and the breakfast buffet was full of food that had been sitting out for hours.

Helpful hotel with pleasant staff & great facilities

Accidentally booked the wrong day & they helped me change it which we were very grateful for! My kids are fussy eaters & they also went and made us some chips for them which was very much appreciated.

Nice view but our of town.

Definitely not a five-star hotel. Guests deserve better coffee in such a hotel for breakfast. Absolutely poor soundproofing, there was a 2 cm gap on the upper door edge. Very insufficient illumination in the room, one can not read a book in the bed. Missing paper handkerchiefs in bathroom.

Wonderful views of Meteora rocks from the room. Conveniently located.

This isn’t a five star hotel! outdated decor, thin walls with no sound proofing, poor lighting, small shower, no facilities (pool closed, small gym costs an additional 5 euro), breakfast was only ok.

Location was great! Staff friendly and helpful.

The shower is very difficult to keep water in as there is only a half wall glass and a hand held shower that is installed at mid side tub. No caulk between glass and tile. Can see by door that others have had this problem as well.

A new and huge hotel suitable for spending a night in Meteora. Comfortable rooms with a view of the mountains. Accessible by car to the area

The day we stayed - the hotel was empty. And this seems to affect the quality of the staff and maintenance. The breakfast -despite the great variety, was at a particularly low level for a 5-star hotel.

Overall a lovely stay, but very far from 5stars .

The reception staff was really helpful. Plenty of parking spaces. The main entry and the hotel lobby looked very nice and tidy. The view was amazing !

Location was quite hard to find. The GPS kept taking us in the back roads. Peel your eyes for the signs and follow them. Once you see them in the main road it will be easy to follow. The room has a designated space for a kettle , a mug, a glass, a teaspoon, but nothing like this was provided. I wasn’t impressed with the room cleaning . Our bathroom sink looked like someone just shaved, tiny bird stuck around the drain and the floor in front of the bathroom had tiny spots, to me it obviously said it has not been cleaned before our stay. The bed sheets were too small. I woke up at least twice during the night to rearrange them, but they just wouldn’t stay. I might be too picky but this is was my experience!

Meteora is a must when visiting Greece and the hotel is the perfect start to explore this area.

They hotel was perfect with a spacious room, great view on the monastries and above all a fantastic breakfast. The waiter seem to be working 24/7 in the hotel as he was always there with a friendly word for our son.

The road to the hotel was a small country road which got competly clogged at our last night in the hotel due to an event in the ballroom of the hotel. During this time parking at the hotel was impossible.
