Beautiful hotel in the heart of Kalabaka village!

Everything! This hotel was beautiful, and modern, had an amazing breakfast and lovely staff, and was in the perfect location in the village with shops, restaurants, and tours of Meteora and the surrounding area. We wish we stayed for longer!

Very good hotel, would stay again and definitely recommend!

Very nice hotel. The location is very good, 1-2 minute walk to the center of Kalambaka. The taxi and bus station are right across from the hotel. The breakfast is great, and the staff were very friendly with us when we asked for more than we originally ordered. The staff was very kind and helpful. Would getting a taxi number from the start to call between the monastery attractions, or getting up early to hike, the heat is pretty crazy.

The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, with a large selection. The location was perfect, very central to restaurants and Meteora. Would highly recommend this hotel, the staff were very friendly and very attentive to all our needs. Thank you for a wonderful experience

Everything was perfect. Facilities, staff, Parking, location.

The croissant in the breakfast was not fresh but just a commercial one. I think it should be taken off the menu if it can’t be from a bakery. The rest of the breakfast though was amazing in quality, taste, quantity, overall.

Amazing night at Meteora!

We loved everything about the Storyteller! The hotel’s design is very elegant and charming. The room was big, clean, comfortable and had views to the mountains. The bathroom was also very good and spacious! The staff was very attentive and made sure our night there was perfect. Also, the breakfast was delicious and was served in our balcony. We hope to come back one day to spend more time in Meteora! The place is fabulous.

impeccable comfort

The room exceeded all expectations: exquisite style and impeccable execution of the design concept, everything is new, clean and functional. The balcony with a view of the picturesque street of the city and the majestic Meteora adds a special charm. Breakfast was also served with impeccable taste and care. Since the hotel has its own parking, we did not have to worry about where to park the car. Staying at this hotel enhanced our impressions of visiting Meteora. We appreciated the high level of service, style and comfort! Thank you!

Storyteller concept was a great idea . Very clean room, lovely decor, excellent facilities, well equipped room. The room had everything we needed. Breakfast was great too.

Excellent location in town centre, close to taxis and two highly recommended restaurants. Staff very professional and attentive; lots of advice re where to go and what to do in the area. Love all the books; really suit the theme of story teller. Would love to return on next trip back to Meteora!

Do Yourself a Favour

Right from check-in, Nikos was most courteous, charismatic & helpful. It made checking in very easy and welcoming especially with him aiding the delivery with our bags up to our room and to give us a quick run down. The room big, airy, with plenty of natural light & just perfect with its layout and amenities. This modern establishment has amazing features, is perfectly located just metres away from the central fountain of the town, is small with only 5 guest rooms, yet has buckets of charm & charisma. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful, fresh and well organised. Again served by Nikos, and the owner Yanos. These two men have created & returned hospitality back into a true art form. This is the best place to stay in Kalabaka. We just wished we were here for longer.

Wow. Wonderful hotel, great location

We had one of our best experiences ever. Rooms are very spacious, modern, and designed tastefully. The location is great, in the center of town, close to restaurants and shops. Nice view of Meteora from the balcony. The breakfast was wonderful, and each one of us got a personalized meal according to his requests. Staff were friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Strongly recommended!

Wonderful place to stay.

Words can't even describe how wonderful this hotel is . The owner and staff are wonderful. The breakfast was outstanding. It was the best breakfast we had in our 3 week trip around Greece. The restaurants they suggested were excellent. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Amazing staff, location and very clean !

What a lovely hotel ! It is clean, new, modern facility and centrally located with many restaurants and stores within walking distance. The staff were very helpful and attentive. WiFi , parking and the room soundproofing were good as well. Breakfast order was taken night before and personally catered to your choices. Everything came out fresh and delicious. It does live up to its boutique name! Will stay here again.

The storyteller hotel is an amazing hotel, it's a new hotel, built from scratch, everything is new, the room is large than the average, a huge shower, very modern and clean, the bed was extra comfort, the room is quipped with a smart TV, a coffee machine with capsules free of charge and a very strong wi-fi, the breakfast was amazing, we got a menu for breakfast the evening before and we selected the things we wanted for breakfast, everything we ordered was supplied, freshly made. I highly recommend this hotel, and it's minutes walk from dozens of restaurants near by.

This hotel is a great place to base yourself from to visit Meteora. Very clean, comfortable and modern. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Just fabulous all round. I would 100% recommend anyone to stay here.
