Beautiful location, friendly owner, great value for money!

The house is beautiful and in really convenient location - quieter and away from the busier parts of Kalabaka but close to a great supermarket, the beautiful Byzantine church and the walking trails up to Meteora. Thanasis was very friendly, kind and helpful, and was very forgiving of my bad Greek. The bedroom was comfortable, spacious, and cool, the kitchen had everything needed and the bathroom was clean and worked great. A beautiful place that's great value for money!

I would not go there again unless for a cheap alternative. 90 EUR for two nights.

Then room was nice.. The double bed was good, the extra bed is so close to the double bedroom that only a very close friend or the child of a couple may sleep there. It would be better to place a table and only optionally put a bed instead. There was place to park the car outside the house and the neighborhood silent. The kitchen was well equipped, to prepare a breakfast or a meal. It had even spices for cooking.

The room was small. There was not even a small table.The kitchen was common for 2 different bedrooms. The WC was private but separate in a commonly used corridor. There was no light in the corridor and I banged my head on a wall during the first night. There was a lot of noise from the level above (most probably also rented). The ceiling was creaking eve ry time somebody was walking upstairs. The first night that we were very tired because of the trip from Athens, they did not respect the late time and their obligation not to make noise. Even their talking (also from the room besides) was absolutely heard. I can sleep evn with noise but for other people it will be a problem. There was no TV, maybe because they know that it would be heard to the other rooms. No privacy, one should lock and unlock the room, the bathroom etc.

Excellent and very enjoyable.

Spacious appartment on the ground floor. I had it to myself, I don't know, though, if that is always the case. Communication with the very nice host was quite amusing since he only spoke Greek and a little bit of French (no English) and my French is rudimentary at best. All crucial information was exchanged despite this.

Nothing really. It was a bit of a walk from the room along the hallway to the bathroom, but since I had the appartment to myself it didn't matter.

Appartement très charmant, parfaitement situé, à proximité des commerces, restaurant et bar. Très calme et spacieux avec tout ce qu'il faut. Un grand merci à Ilias pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. Il a sauvé notre séjour en Grèce.
