It was nice stay.

Nice place, clean, good location. They gave us very helpful explanation about the monasteries and nice map when we arrived. It was easy to talk with them. We had everything we needed.

The place for breakfast was a bit small. We were 5 people and one morning there wasn't enough space.. we had to deal with it ourself, because they told us that 'maybe' we could have one more chair (we found it ourself). The breakfast itself is good (delicious homemade things) but pretty limited from my point of view, which is not a big problem, you could find everything you need.

Beautiful place to stay and great staff

This is one of the few places where the people from the reception (after finishing the check-in process) provided a map with the places nearby and ways to get there. The place is really beautiful, we didn’t have a chance to stay at the pool (we had a tour booked from afternoon till late evening). The room was clean and tidy and had everything we needed.

Pleasant hotel with spacious apartment, pool, helpful staff, good location, tasty nearby taverna.

A very pleasant hotel, well located and with a nice style. The family apartment (#7), located on the ground floor, is spacious, well arranged, and comfortable. Breakfast is decent and as expected. The pool is enjoyable, unsupervised, and in the shade from around 5 p.m. Street parking is free. The hotel is a 15–20 minute walk from the start of the nearest monastery hike, and the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Nearby, Taverna Gardenia in Kastraki (6 minutes by car) serves excellent dishes, including one of the best moussakas of our trip, with generous portions and very kind service, we went there twice during a two days journey there.

lack of a second WC in the apartment makes it less practical.

Lovely stay in a beautiful location with wonderful amenities.

Breakfast was fantastic. The pool was an added bonus on a hot day after the intense visits to monasteries. Staff was friendly and very helpful. They had a wonderful map and made some good food and site recommendations. Rooms were clean and spacious.

While the hotel is a little out of the way, it was quite easy to walk to the center of town. Not a deal breaker at all

There are so many things to like about this place and I am excited to share. We are a family of five (mom, dad, three kids). First, we got the family room, street view, and we are so happy that it is spacious with a balcony. The vibe in Kalabaka is so chill and positive, this room is perfect. Bed, beddings, mattress (firm) are great. We also have a lot of luggages so this big room is perfect to organize everything. I was also able to have our clothes washed and dried via their laudry service which is reasonable at 25 euro. Our room is also quiet, you can sleep soundly at night. The neighborhood is peaceful. Second, the people. Oh they are so kind. The reception area representatives are smiling, gracious, polite. Like they really love what they are doing. They patiently explained to us the sites and monasteries to see around. Third, the breakfast. Oh how lovely. You have all the essentials. Healthy, comfortable. We love it. Fourth, the parking is spacious. We drove a van and there is good space for parking. Fifth and finally, the price is reasonable given the space and togetherness we enjoyed as a family. We are truly happy that we chose this place over the others that showed in the booking.com app. I based my decision on the area and the good reviews of the other travellers who tried this place. Peaceful and perfect 10/10

It was a gorgeous stone building with lovely original features. The view from the upstairs rooms is spectacular-the pool and meteora. Plentiful breakfast and fabulous and attentive ladies looking after us. Our prebooked tour picked us up from Monastir, but you can walk to restaurants from there. The location is on the outskirts of the town and so peaceful.

Staff was lovely and very welcoming

Location is outside the center but everything is short wak away. And you get quiet neighborhood. If you are worried about train being close - we never heard it. Staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. We were greeted with a map and detailed information about all the monasteries, routes, restaurant suggestions, and things to see in town. (Ambrosia Taverna Restaurant was 10/10 the mushrooms!!! We even went back just to eat mushrooms and zucchinis).

The receptionist who checked us in was wonderful! Sie gave us great tips about hiking in the region. The rooms were large, swimming Pool was open - even when other hotels did not open these facilities yet. Breakfast is fine - the personnel was so helpful!

The noise from other rooms: we had guests above us moving the furniture till longer after midnight and it was just very loud. Showers are not the best, one of our bath rooms (we had 2 rooms) was smelly.

Breakfast was good. The pool was nice but too cold for swiming in Oct. The room was great and had a nice balcony. Plenty of parking.

It wasn't convenienly located as some of ther other hotels but you could walk to the main street area in about ten minutes on the road.

Over all it was a one night pleasant stay with a wonderful atmosphere of Meteora

The pool was nice and clean with the amazing Meteora mountain view. The breakfast was also very nice and simple but made with love with home made cakes.

The traditional room was a bit smelly and it took a lot of time for the air condition to cool the room. The bathroom and the furnitures were very old but still clean.

We liked the location, which is a little bit away from the center of this small town (15 mins. walk), which makes it quieter than most other facilities. Breakfast was generous. Staff was friendly. A good place to stay on the whole.
