Location is great and well suited to our group size and needs
It does need a good tidying up, just general clean up. We removed a lot of rubbish outside but that could been left from the passing road and not guests.

Great for groups and perfect location riverside and close to walks.. Pub just up the road does excellent food.
Very unclean. Toilets left used and not even flushed litter left all over the property and kitchen surfaces, utensils and crockery all unwashed or unclean.
